Yes - the Alli pill does work. Now all pills have different reactions for different people and I cannot stress enough that you listen to your body. If taking the pill three times a day makes you feel sick or anything, take it down to two pills. Also do not eat fried foods! I'm talking super greasy KFC style fried foods.
