Canine Lipoma...?
It has been recommended to me that the herbal supplement, chih-ko and curcuma, MAY help slow growth and possibly reduce the fatty benign tumor (lipoma) found on my beagle...has anyone tried this with found results in their pet and how do you know how much to give, when to give, and do they need to take it with food, any precautions or side-effects to look for??
Was today's IPCC November 2017 law exam hard?

She is currently working as a Financial Consultant in Hyderabad.After nearly 6 years, ICAI has made the Law Paper a practical one, with long and problem based questions.Even though this is appreciable to some extent, offering this kind of paper at IPCC Level is not required.On one hand, the Law Paper at CA Final level is being asked with straight forward questions. In that case, whats the purpose of twisting IPCC Level students.The Persons who fix the exam paper should first try completing the paper themselves in 3 hours. CA Final FR Paper and today's Law paper, as too lengthy.No company in India adheres to Caux Round Table or not a single managerial person is aware of this. Asking these type of questions in exam will diminish the value of CA Course and encourages students to mug up the subject.Ethics and Communication is a pure theoretical syllabus. What do Examiner gain by twisting questions from this portion and confusing the students. Does ICAI wants you to become a CA or Sherlock Holmes.Every Question asked from Company Law (apart from Bonus Shares) are no way relevant or important. Certain important issues like GDRs, Prospectus and AOA has been continuously neglected in the exams.Overall, i would like to conclude that, testing students with tough exams is always recommended.
