What's the difference between scepters and staffs?

What is the Difference of a Magical Scepter, a Magical Wand and a Magical Rod ?

A scepter is usually a staff of royalty, very old and handed down through generations , is usually carried by/and possibly the source of the wizard or sorcerer's powers. However, it can be stolen, or misplaced and found by some other person who learned how to use it.

A wand is small, wooden and generally helps the magical person perform magic but isn't a source of power. Usually carried by wizards or witches, but never sorcerers.

A magical rod is much the same as the wand, only instead of being wood it is made of some type of metal.

What's another word for "wand"?

caduceus, rod, sprig, staff, stick, switch, twig

Where is Freddie Mercury's famous 'stick microphone'? How much would I have to pay to buy it/them?

actually, freddie’s preferred mic WAS a shure, but a predecessor to the sm58, a 565. they came in several styles back in the day including one with an on/off switch which survives to this day, and were famous for being the stage mics at woodstock. he chose them over the 58 for his own personal reasons, but you can see them in all of queen’s footage leading up to when he began using wireless mics in the final years. i have one for when i perform with my queen tribute band, and it sounds awesome, though i tape over the switch to avoid any issues. the guts are the same otherwise.here’s an advert for it from a US supplier, but you can also find vintage ones on ebay.Shure 565SD-LC Classic Unisphere Vocal Microphone 565SD-LC B&Has for the stand, yes, the stories are correct. he broke his mic stand and instead of fetching another decided to camp around the stage with the remnant and it stuck. you can buy a cheap, straight stand and simply remove the top from the base as was suggested before.

Why do some people consider the Desert Eagle the best gun in the world?

Because its in essence, the only semi-auto pistol that fire revolver rounds. There have been many revolvers that fire traditional pistol rounds, such as the 1873 Colt single action Army firing .45ACPBut there have no been a single well-known pistol that fires Revolver rounds, aside from the Desert Eagle. It fires .357 Magnum,a traditional Revolver round. There is no mainstream gun that does this at all.Sure,It will provide an insane amount of recoil, but for those that can handle It,the Desert Eagle is a straight upgrade from cumbersome,slow-reloading revolvers to a more sleeker, efficient and modern pistol design.Everyone here forgets that Its from IWI,a company that churns innovative and futuristic designs like the UZI and the TAR.UZITAR-21That’s all folks!Edit 1: Corrected Desert Eagle standing,as suggested by Paul Adam and Gabe Steel
