What are the glowing green circles in Batman Arkham City?

I just beat up a random group of thugs eating cans of food from a crate. Lying on the floor next to one of the bodies is some kind of package, and it's highlighted by a circle with 4 glowing green points of light that make it appear to be something special. I can't seem to collect whatever it is thopugh. Nothing happens on detective mode, I can't shoot it?? I just have no idea what it signifies, yet I know it's gotta be something pretty basic???

Are there any cannibalistic characters in DC or Marvel?

Behold Wendigo, A wolverine nemesis that terrorises the wilderness of Canada. He counts because according to legend, the Wendigo is born when someone out in central or Eastern Canada resorts to cannibalism, and as well as becoming this fluffy speciment right here, gains a hunger for human flesh that can never be sated. There’s also technically Venom though the legitimacy varies from source to source..The original Venom under Eddie Brock? No, he didn’t eat people but he has maybe fed off them. Eddie found cannibalism distasteful (he’s a jerk but he’s a good guy deep down) and there’s an arc where Venom, desperate for nourishment begs Eddie to give in to some pork. Eddie says no, Venom abandons him for another more pliable host but eventually the two get back together with Venom having his fill. The Mac Gargon Venom however the Venom symbiote was the one much more in control so yes Venom with Mac as a host ate people. Then there’s Venom Junior: Carnage. One thing that makes Carnage stand out is his body count. The thing is infamous for basically killing everyone in his path be it friend, foe or random person in the street, whoever he can reach he gets to slaughter. Given that his host Cletus is such an unhinged and usntable maniac I wouldn’t be surprised if he does occasionally eat his victims but more than likely he would just leave the body to slice open the next one.

Which are the best Batman villains not to have been featured in a film?

Two villains I enjoyed in the comic books but haven’t made it to any of the film versions:Hugo Strange — he’s one of the original recurring villains in the Batman comic universe (pre-dating both the Joker and Catwoman). After the late 80’s DC reboot (Crisis on Infinite Earths), Strange was in a story arc called “Prey” (from the wiki entry):In the Post-Crisis continuity, Strange was reintroduced in the "Prey" arc as a psychiatrist enlisted to help a police taskforce capture Batman. While brilliant at his work, he was portrayed as being equally atrocious; Strange was so obsessed with Batman that he took to dressing up like him in private. Strange ends up escalating the scales against Batman by brainwashing a police officer to become a violent vigilante, framing Batman for kidnapping the Mayor's daughter, and deducing Batman's true identity as Bruce Wayne. The highlighted bit is one of the things that makes Hugo Strange special. Prey was also one of the first Batman comic arcs I read fully (I bought the compiled graphic novel when it came out in 1992/3), and so after the Frank Miller arcs, is one of my favorites. There is a version of Hugo Strange in the Gotham TV series, played by BD Wong. The Gotham version is the head psychiatrist of Arkham Asylum. Here’s Dr. Strange in Batman-drag:Source: Hugo Strange (New Earth)Red Hood is a character that’s had multiple, interesting origin stories. In the oldest, he’s Joker’s original alter-ego. In this Joker origin, “Red Hood” was the alias of a master criminal., who was cornered by Batman and fell into a vat of chemicals, disfiguring his face. Red Hood then becomes The Joker. In the second origin, Jason Todd, the 2nd Robin, is killed by the Joker — but is later revealed to have been resurrected by Tail al-Ghul and, now, bent on avenging those he felt wronged him, dons the Red Hood persona and becomes an ultra-violent vigilante with no qualms about killing (so basically a Batman protege gone rogue and without the moral compass). The animated film Batman: Under the Red Hood features this story, but there has no live-action adaptation.
