What is a low fat/low calorie iced drink from Starbucks?

I always go in there knowing what I want, explaining it to them, then I end up having a totally different drink to what I wanted, and high in calories. So I always stick to the same one which is a hot skinny latte, can I get an iced skinny latte? Also, are there anyother drinks I can try that are low in calories and fat? Hot and cold. Thanks guys!

These are all for grande sizes.
The Caffe Americano or iced caffe americano is only 15 calories, since it does not contain milk. You can then add a splash of skim milk to it if you like.
The same goes for the Coffee of the week, decaf coffee of the week and pike place roast, which are all only 15 calories without milk.
An iced brewed skinny coffee or iced caffe latte would be 90 calories. Also a skinny cafe au lait would be 70.
Surprisingly, the Iced skinny cinnamon dolce latte with no whip and the iced sugar-free skinny flavored latte are only 80 calories. The rest of the drinks are generally about 200-500 calories each. Frappuccinos, just forget it. They're pretty much 300-500 calories each. Am espresso frappuccino light is only 110 calories though.
If you're into tea, go for the tazo black, green or passion shaken iced tea, all only 80 calories. That is pretty much it on the low end of the calories spectrum, but you can check all of them for yourself at:

If you can do a cafe vanilla frappuccino lite, it can be made with sugar free vanilla syrup, whereas many locations don't have sugar free caramel syrup. Cinnamon dulce also comes in sugar free so you could do that flavor too.

You are welcome to try it.Coconut milk to the second line, 1/4 of strawberries juice, 3 scoops of matcha, I use my own plant-based protein ( allergic to whey), and add 2 Java Chip and half a banana and 4 table spoons of Greek plain yogurt. It's a little under 300 calories but this me making it and putting it in a 20oz blender bottle.If your using this in a grande cup you need too you should be fine, if not lessen things and play around with it. However, since I work there you cannot add yogurt or plant based protein.Also, anything at Starbucks can be healthy it depends what your putting into your drinks. Also ask Baristas we know a lot more then you think. Since I have a background in health I normally just make a drink I know I would drink for myself and valuable to there health.

If you're reslly skinny and stick to a well balancd diet drinking a Starbucks frappuccino every now and then will not make you fat!!
The key to being healthy (not necessarily skinny) is to njoy unhealthy things once in a while and have a balanced diet: five fruit or vegetables a day, lots of water, and plenty of exercise. Do these things and you can enjoy your frappuccino without getting 'fat.'
