Is there actually a place called Ginovea?

No, its a fictional place

Can guns actually go off if they are dropped like in the movies?

9 good answers, but of course I think I can do better. For antique guns, designed before let’s say 1940, firing when dropped was a definite concern. They emphasized safe gun handling and they accepted a certain rate of accidents. They were generally less safety-obsessed in those days than we are now.For modern guns, the big difference is between self-defense oriented handguns and all others. Self-defense oriented handguns are designed not to fire when dropped, unless something really unlikely happens (such as dropping a handgun onto a tree branch, such that the branch exactly fits into the trigger guard and activates the trigger). Most long guns are designed with light triggers to assist accuracy. They accept that firing when dropped is something that can happen. Certain target pistols are the same way for the same reason. Basically, if the trigger can be activated with light finger pressure, it can also be activated by vibration after impact. When you are using any gun, you must understand how it works and the rules for using it safely. For example, my Glock handgun has no manually operated safeties, but it could be tumbled in a clothes dryer and it wouldn’t fire. My Ruger Mini-14 has a manual safety lever that blocks both the hammer and the sear and is very positive, so that safety is engaged whenever I move, even a few steps, with a round chambered.

Can you actually carry a gun inside your belt like in the movies?

Yes, absolutely, I have been doing it for years. I carry a Glock model 36, 45 auto. I carry 24/7 including under my pillow at night. I live with many small children and their safety is my first concern therefore I do NOT keep one in the chamber. No child under the age of about 10 years old can muster the two handed grip and 27 pounds of force over a three inch distance that is needed to put one in the chamber and cock it. This makes it absolutely 100% safe for my kids.In a fire fight, I am going to have to rack my gun. I accept that.Since I have nothing in the chamber I can carry Mexican style. In order for the gun not to slip when it is in my belt, I have the sides of the gun covered with “grip tape”. This is coarse grit emery cloth with an adhesive backing. I cut half a dozen pieces to cover the entire sides of the gun except the barrel. If someone tried to grab it from me with the barrel, they would be gripping a smooth surface while I would be gripping a rough surface. With a tight belt and grip tape, the gun never moves when in my belt.I like not having a bulge on my side. It is obvious and the holster catches on the shop equipment.I also carry a WWII 16″ folding commando machete in my belt on my right side. I carry the gun on the left. I always wear two shirts, an undershirt tucked into the belt that shields my skin from the grip tape, and an overshirt that covers the gun and machete. It is loose so as to hide both weapons.

Why was the movie 'Back to the Future 1′ called this, when the movie actually takes him to the past?

The title of the film comes from the perspective of Doc Brown when he was a young man in 1955.In trying to get Marty back ‘home’, Brown says, “Next Saturday night, we're sending you back to the future!”From the Doc Brown who lived in 1955, 1985 was the future. But, of course, to Marty, 1985 was the present. The two interpretations are simply a matter differing perspectives. You’re looking at it from Marty’s perspective.

Are there really a place in Mexico called El Lindo like in the movie Waist Deep?

In case your not famillier with the movie or El Lindo, In the movie, "Waist Deep" Megan Good's character says that she wants to go to a place off the coast of Mexico called El Lindo. And goes on to tell that there suppose to be magic in the ground, and your past is buried and all your pain and suffering is suppose to be forgotten. That just sounds really cool and I would like to go there. But I don't know if it exsists. I've searched online but found nothing. Does anyone know if its actually a place? If it does plz give me a site. Thank You,

What movie has actually made you feel like vomiting?

I mean literally vomiting because it was so nasty or disgusting to you. The only movie that has made me sick to my stomach is a movie called the Nest where killer cockroaches go inside of people and eat them from the inside out it was nasty. What about you? Or it could be a movie that just made you sick like it was awful.

What are those 'dustbunny' things in Western movies called that always rolls across the screen?

:-) Interesting question.
It's actually called tumbleweed. A few different species of desert plants are called tumbleweeds because once they are fully grown and mature, they disengage from their roots and "tumble" along with the wind, often spreading their seeds or spores as they do so.
EDIT: I found this video on youtube. Ignore the creepy laughter in the background haha http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rNVcSIZyB...

Cheers,
