The song's title is "ORANZHEVOE NASTROENIE" (Orange Mood), and the the first line is actually "Butylka kefira, polbatona" which means 'a bottle of kefir (a fermented milk drink) and a half-loaf' (of bread, so you were right there!). The band's name is CHAIF (ЧайФ), sometimes also spelt Chayf or Chajf. It is a made-up word, but "chai" means 'tea' in Russian. This song is from their 1994 album by the same name - "Oranzhevoe nastroenie".
