What is the meaning of this song?

The name is, Nothin' On You, By: Bruno Mars and B.o.B
Here are the lyrics:
Beautiful girls all over the world, I could be chasing
But my time would be wasted, they got nothing on you, baby
Nothing on you, baby
They might say hi, and I might say hey
But you shouldn't worry, about what they say
'Cause they got nothing on you, baby (Yeah)
Nothing on you, baby (N-n-n-nothing on you baby, n-nothing on you)

I know you feel where I'm coming from
Regardless of the things in my past that I've done
Most of it really was for the hell of the fun
On a carousel, so around I spun
With no direction, just tryna get some
Tryna chase skirts, living in the summer sun
And so I lost more than I had ever won
And honestly, I ended up with none
]
It's so much nonsense, it's on my conscience
I'm thinking "maybe I should get it out"
And I don't wanna sound redundant
But I was wondering, if there was something that you wanna know
But never mind that, we should let it go
Cause we don't wanna be a TV episode
And all the bad thoughts, just let ;em go, go, go

Hands down, there will never be another one (nope)
I've been around, and I've never seen another one (never)
Because your style, I ain't really got nothin' on (nothing)
And you wild when you ain't got nothin' on? (haha)
Baby you the whole package
Plus you pay your taxes
And you keep it real, while them others stay plastic
You're my Wonder Woman, call me Mr. Fantastic
Stop- now think about it

I've been to London, I've been to Paris
Even way out there in Tokyo
Back home down in Georgia, to New Orleans
But you always steal the show
And just like that girl, you got me froze
Like a Nintendo 64
If you never knew, well, now you know, know, know

Everywhere I go, I'm always hearing your name
And no matter where I'm at, girl you make me wanna sing
Whether a bus or a plane, or a car, or a train
No other girl's on my brain, and you the one to blame

Yeah (laughing)
And that's just how we do it (laughing)
And I'ma just let this ride

"Eppo"--Girl Scout song--what does it mean?

I worked at a Girl Scout camp in 1986, and now and then they'd sing this song:

EPPO
Oh eppo eh tai tai ei ya
Oh eppo eh tai tai ei ya
O eppo eh tai tai
Eppo eh tooki tooki
Eppo eh tooki tooki ei ya!

Eppo it ty ty a-o
Eppo it ty ty

It sounds African or maybe Pacific Islander. What does it mean, if anything, and what are the proper spellings?

What is that song called that goes "miscues girl?

um....it goes "promiscuous girl." and it's by Nelly and it's called promiscuous girl

What does it mean when a girl always uses "cx" every time you message each other?

You might want to just ask the girl who is sending you that message, because it seems like every answer here is different. The only meaning for "cx" that I'm familiar with is "cancel" or "cancellation."  And sometimes we use "pcx" for "patient canceled" and "tcx" for "therapist canceled."

What is the meaning of the lyrics of the song “Gangnam Style”?

Basically Psy is telling all the “sexy ladies” that he’s a rich Oppa (in this case not older brother but older boyfriend) who’s from Gangnam (one of the richest places in Seoul). I call it the Macarena of KPop. At first I thought it was cute and funny like Psy but quickly it was overplayed and became annoying. Let’s face it, Psy is too old to really be an idol and he’s not very good looking so this was kind of a joke - I’m not hot, my voice is ok, I can dance a little, but hey, this Oppa is from Gangnam so if you’re sexy I can financially take care of you. He was partially poking fun at himself. You see that a lot in Korea, everyone thinks we all look like idols or drama actors/actresses and we don’t. The big thing with men in their 40’s and 50’s in Korea is to flaunt their money and possessions and where they live. Many men wait to that age to marry while they make money and buy things so that they can then get young pretty wives in their mid lives and then have kids. Even Kim Jong Kook, who has the looks and talent, is finally ready to look for a wife and have kids at 44. But is he looking for a 44 year old? Nope, he is looking at girls in their late 20’s. He’s not just on Running Man, he tours with Turbo (2019 version) and has a business with Haha. He’s amassing his wealth so he can finally rest and find a young, beautiful wife. Psy’s song kind of reflects that attitude. Oppa is rich, Oppa is from Gangnam, I’m way older than you but I have everything a Korean girl is looking for in a man (Jong Kook also still has his looks, Psy doesn’t). It’s meant to be silly but it’s still a comment on Korean society these days. Someone else gave the literal meaning of the lyrics, but that’s the gist and the meaning behind the lyrics.

When a girl says "don't ever try to contact me, goodbye!" in anger, does she really mean it?

Whether she meant it or not, you should assume she did.It is entirely possible she did not mean it. There is a lot of awful dating advice out there that encourages women to do this sort of thing, and that "If he comes back to you, then you know he's serious." What great advice - intentionally select for men who don't listen to what you say, don't believe you when you say it, and will pursue you regardless of your expressed wishes. You should take her at her word. If she doesn't want you to talk to her again, then you definitely shouldn't. Doing so would be harassment and could have very bad consequences for you. If she said it in the heat of emotion, she'll probably contact you herself and apologize. If she said it as a way of manipulating or testing you, she's doing you a favor. She will learn a valuable lesson about lying and you will be free to find someone who is authentic in their expressions.Good luck.

Are women offended by 'item songs’?

If you talk about the whole song overall, I don't find anything offending. I might even dance to them once in while (but that's mostly because these songs tend to have good beats/music). The part I don't like is that the lyrics of these songs are getting bolder and bolder everyday. And also the fact that they are called "ITEM" songs. Now item as we all know means an object. So somewhere I believe, that it does promote the ideology of objectifying a women. Subconsciously, but it does. Stop calling them item songs, and most of my dislike would end.Now just to give two extreme examples of "item" songs:The recently popular "Fevicol" song. Just look at the lyrics of this! Can it really get more derogatory than that. A part of me feels ashamed that such a song even exists. Its one thing to show a women sensual, but this is a whole new level of cheap! Now another item song which was there quite some time back is "Maiya maiya" from the movie Guru. The song shows Mallika Sherawat in skimpy clothes dancing around all the men. But this song, I don't mind at all. Because the lyrics are not something which are in anyway offensive. The choreography and cinematography aren't in any way cheap. So all I have a problem is with calling these songs Item songs and those "Honey Singh" type of songs that just have to have something derogatory in their lyrics. At one time he used to sing unimaginably sick, disgusting songs whose titles I can't mention here, but atleast the audience was limited. Those songs weren't played on radio and television. But now that the film industry has, sadly, accepted him, he tries to subtly use derogatory lyrics in the most popular, chart-topping songs. Now do you think I am that stupid that I won't get what's being said! A perfectly normal song like Angrezi Beat, with normal dance sequence, normal lyrics, not even an item number...couldn't you just let it be... NO! He just has to add something offense there. I won't say that these songs are directly turning men into rapists. But I believe at this stage an average person of India isn't ready to take these songs in absolutely right spirit. They are not conscious about the fact that what's shown in the movie and what should be done in real life are two drastically different things.
