What Is The Price Of Huawei U8825 1

Huawei phones are good or bad?

I don't have any personal experience with a Huawei phone, looking at the specs of them, they are aimed at the lower end of the market.

However, I have a Huawei router which has been given to me as part of a TalkTalk broadband package, literally its the worst router in the world. It keeps crashing and the signal strength is poor. I've had 4 of these and they have all been the same. Switched back to a netgear router and has been fine ever since.

In a few years I think they will get a hold of this market and threaten some of the more mainstream manufacturers, just like the Koreans have done with their cars and electronics. They are just not there yet, so i'd advise on sticking to a more mainstream product.

The name Huawei may be translated as "splendid act" or "China is able"; Hua can mean "splendid" or "China", while wei can mean "action" or "achievement".[21] In Chinese pinyin, it is Huáwéi,[22] and close in pronunciation to "Hwa Way" in Standard Chinese. However, pronunciation of Huawei by non-Chinese varies in other countries, for example "Hua Way" or "How Wee" in the United States and "Hoe-ah-wei" in the Netherlands.[21] The company had considered changing the name in English as it was concerned that non-Chinese may find the name hard to pronounce,[23] but decided to keep the name, and launched a name recognition campaign instead to encourage a pronunciation closer to "Wah-Way" using the words "Wow Way".[24][25]Source Wikipedia

Are Huawei phones any good?

I have went to the bookstore few days ago and I found a Huawei Ideos X3, I have given it a try. I liked its performance, weight, look and of course the price. I am planning to get this for my sister as she only want to use it for a few web browsing, video calling, music and taking some photos. I had a choice between Galaxy Mini, Y and this one but I chose Huawei for the presence of a secondary camera. But I am worried about few things:
1. It is a Chinese company. I have read on wikipedia about it and it appears to be a well-known company. But some say its support is bad, so does that mean if I need spare parts I wont find them?
2. Is it durable?
3. Is it going to die quickly or it will last long if we looked after it?

While there are some who doubt that any security risk exists, there are recommendations against the use of Huawei devices from sources trusted by many:Six top US intelligence chiefs caution against buying Huawei phonesAt the CES recently, Richard Yu, CEO of Huawei consumer division, presented a passionate and ex tempore defense of Huawei products. Among the points he made is that Huawei has won the trust of Chinese consumers. Apparently he is unaware that few Americans will see this as persuasive. Because Chinese citizens already live in, tolerate, and apparently are comfortable in a surveillance state in which internet usage, communication, speech, political activity, religious faith, and economic activity are closely monitored and managed by unelected members of the only party that is permitted to exist, Chinese consumers would not object to a Huawei phone that reports to Beijing; and if they were to object, they might be spirited away in the middle of the night to be "re-educated".

HiIf I were to create a layman comparison between Huawei and any other company from China's view I'd call it the Sony of China (Prefix being that Sony is considered one of the most premium electronic brands in the world known for their display, camera quality, and low maintenance due to its Japanese origin). The reason why Huawei is able to create mobile phones at the price of a fraction of Samsung or Apple with similar features is due to the fact that it is the manufacturer of the chip sets and batteries of most handsets out there in the market much like Samsung and LG are suppliers for display panels for mobiles, and Sony & Leica for the camera module (as their areas of core competency). Coming back to the question the phones are in no way inferior to the current market products however it would not be wrong to say that in terms of hardware and software sync it has a minor scope for improvement…. that said Huawei is working on this with time and it is evident in the fact that is has almost overtaken apple as the second biggest supplier of mobile hand sets in the world you may go through the sept-dec 2017 quarterly sales results of the 2 companies globally to recheck the claim.Cheers.

First of all there are 4 major carriers in the US. Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint. Sprint is still an independent company because they have not merged with either T-Mobile or Verizon (not for lack of trying). T-Mobile’s majority shareholder is the German telecommunications company Deutsche Telekom (DT). T-Mobile and Sprint are not subsidiaries of either Verizon or AT&T.The GSM based operators in the US are T-Mobile and AT&T. Both have nation wide coverage and most would say the T-Mobile has better coverage and better rate plans than AT&T. CDMA providers in the US are Verizon and Sprint (although Sprint seems to be the underdog). If you are looking to purchase a Huawei phone to use on a network in the US then you can go to any of the retailers and purchase one that matches the network you want to subscribe to. If you are concerned with being able to travel internationally with your phone then I would recommend getting one based on GSM as that is the global standard and you should get a ‘global phone’ (one that handles all 4 GSM bands plus 4G LTE). CDMA is mostly just a North American standard so you can go with that if you don’t plan on leaving the US.Most people, including retail clerks, don’t understand the differences in the technologies and they really don’t need to understand these things as their interest is in rate plans and features. All the technical details are looked after by the engineers. If you are bringing a phone into the country and want to connect to a network then you will most likely have a GSM phone and as long as it is a ‘global phone’ then you can select either AT&T or T-Mobile or one of these operators’ subsidiaries (like Metro PCS). However if you are a T-Mobile subscriber from Europe you will find it very easy to connect to T-Mobile in the US, as easy as I find using my T-Mobile US phone in Europe when I travel.

I'd say currently there are 2 best Huawei company phones which are available in market. They are:Huawei Mate 20 ProHonor View 20Honor Mate 20 Pro is a flagship which comes with all the bells and whistle like Face Scan ID, Triple camera (40MP-20MP-8MP), Reverse Wireless Charging etc but it only lacks a earphone jack and if thet doesn't bother you then you're good to go.If headphones matter to you then Honor View 20 come into the picture. It has one 48MP camera, one ToF 3D camera with a punch hole display.

Which phone is better, LG Optimus M™?, or, Huawei Ascend?

i would say the huawei because it has a 3.5 touch sceen and alot cheaper at $99. for he optimus its about 199 or 223 depending if its still on special for $199, not only that it has 3.2 touch sceen. but there is a con of both of these phones, if you have a family of 4, all of them have a cellphone for metro its 100 dollers a month minues the 5 dollers discount for each phone, thats what they calm on the website, any way if you get a smartphone just you only then you will screw the family plan, instead of paying 25 dollers for each you will have to pay 50 for each phone fore just a smart. not only that i just bumped into this website a while ago here is the linke and tell this to your friends and family ok http://www.consumeraffairs.com/cell_phones/metro_pcs.html
