What is this old Asian Kung Fu comedy movie?

I watched it when I was little, I think it was Vietnamese but it had English subtitles.
It was about two little boys (brothers maybe) living in a temple area I think. And they were being raised to live in a lifestyle of a monk. One of them loved to drink milk, and everytime he does drink milk he has energy to fight, one scene I recall in a desperate situation, no milk was to be found so he fed breast milk directly off of a woman who was lactating.
Another scene I recall, the other little monk kid was swimming in the water and when he got out, there was a crab holding on to his little manhood and the kid was crying.
One more scene I remember was one of the boys needed to shave his head, they lost the razor or something so they had to use a meat cleaver to shave his head.

I know this isn't much but I've been searching for this movie for years, hoping somebody could help me out here.

What's the name of this kung fu movie?

Sounds like "Hong Xi Guan (1977)" aka "Executioners from Shaolin". It's a story of revenge pitting disciples of the Shaolin temple against the historical figure of Pai Mei (yep, that same old Chinese guy from "Kill Bill Vol. 2 (2004)", who trained Beatrix Kiddo aka The Bride). One of the heroes from the film, Hung, trains with a life-size bronze dummy fitted with grooves representing acupuncture meridians along its surface. By releasing a vessel in the head, metal balls cascade along these grooves so that he can snatch them to train his speed and accuracy.

Dubbing in the old-school kung-fu movies?

I would guess there were probably a limited number of Chinese translators who spoke English and this coupled with the Chinese accent explains the similarity. Also remember that sound quality was not good which also makes the voices sound more of the same.

My favorite was when they would tranlate the insults literally and not look for a Western alternative.

"You dirty dog" being my favorite - not too offensive to us but highly offensive to a Chinese person.

What is the old kung fu movie where, when the bad guys have captured the monk protagonist, they knock his friend out with a rock, but when they hit him in the head with it, he indignantly shouts 'you must find a bigger rock!'?

This was from the TV series "Kung Fu" with David Carradine playing the character of a half-American, half-Chinese Shaolin Monk named Kwai Chang Caine.  It was Season 3, Episode 10: "Besieged: Death on Cold Mountain."   Synopsis:  An old, but rather stocky-built, and ominous mountain hermit Tamo (played by Victor Sen Yung) breaks open the large wooden doors to the Honan Temple, and is confronted by Master Hake Tao (Sam Hiona) who had been instructing Kung Fu forms to the monks.  The strikes of the Master Tao bounce off the hermit, but one punch from Tamo sends the monk reeling backward.  Tamo is then taken to the ground by the blind Master Po (Keye Luke). They discover that the hermit has come to deliver a message to Master Kan (Philip Ahn) to warn the monks of a Warlord who had attacked and destroyed the Fukien Shaolin Temple, killing all but 5 monks - - including one who is a student of Tamo.  The survivors had taken sanctuary in Tamo's cave on Cold Mountain.  The hermit requested a small group to go with him to bring the monks back to the Honan Temple.  Tamo says "It would take six ordinary mortals to knock Tamo down.  Of course, I am 77 years old...... and past my prime."   Master Po, and Kwai Chang Cain accompany  Tamo to his cave on Cold Mountain to escort the surviving monks back to the Honan Temple, but on the way back from the cave, they are attacked by the warlord and a band of soldiers along the path.  After a long fight with the warlord's soldiers who were armed with spears, Master Po is hit over the head with a rock, and knocked unconscious.  When the Hermit Tamo agrees to surrender, two soldiers seize his arms, and a third, from a ledge above, strikes Tamo on the head with a large rock.   Completely unfazed, Tamo glances up at him and with mild indignation, casually states, "You must find a larger rock.""Kung Fu" Besieged: Death on Cold Mountain (TV Episode 1974)

What is the best kung fu movie you have ever seen?

I'm afraid I will not be able to name just one.I liked Fearless (2006) for its ruminations on the importance of maturity in the martial arts, as Jet Li's heavily fictionalized portrayal of Huo Yuen-jia discernment and reflection are as important as solid fighting ability to achieve greatness in the martial arts.I liked Ying xiong (2002) (aka Hero), which reunited Jet Li with Donnie Yen, for its portrayal of love and sacrifice, and because it is simply one of the most beautifully filmed movies in any genre, ever.I liked Dou fo sin (2007) (aka Flashpoint), in which Donnie Yen delivers the best MMA-inspired choreography ever:The The 36th Chamber of Shaolin (1978) is a classic masterpiece that features possibly some of the greatest training scenes ever:http://youtu.be/-ZSJQ_Q_XaAFei lung mang jeung (1988) (Dragons Forever) unites Jackie Chan, Sammo Hung, Yuen Biao, and Benny "The Jet" Urquidez. You cannot possibly go wrong when these get together. And it's actually pretty funny.and to go truly old school:Da zui xia (1966) (aka Come Drink With Me), in which the wonderful Cheng Pei Pei stars in one of the greatest wuxia epics EVER.
