What is this type of animation called and where can i find a program to make some myself?
Obviously it's a gif animation of, if you look closely, ascii art, which means the figure was created in a text processor by someone who is very familiar with the relative values of letterforms. I am not sure how they converted the letters to gif files, but most likely they used a high-end paint program like Photoshop to create the animated gif. But the figure was most likely created in a text editor.

I don't know if there is a specific name for these, but they are two different types of animation. The first one, the internal parts of the fan, is a 3D animation rendered as a toon shader outline. It looks like a drawing but it is not. To make something like this you need a software that can create 3D graphics, like Maya, C4D, Blender, 3D Max, etc. Then you need a software where you can composite the original video with the animation. After Effects would be my choice.For the Bonjour commercial you don't need the 3D software, only the compositing/motion graphics software (After Effects). This one is motion graphics.
