My favorite is when my mom makes pancakes with spelt flour. It's so delicious with homemade butter or real maple syrup or homemade strawberry/raspberry jam. :) How about you?

What I eat every morning for breakfast- Fire eggs!I usually don’t eat after 3pm, so by the time breakfast rolls around the next day, I’m ravenous. To that end I usually start by frying up a couple of slices of bacon, then unsuccessfully try to restrain myself from eating them while in the process of making the fire eggs.1. Bemoan the loss of your bacon2. With chagrin, leave a little bacon grease in the pan, just a little.3. Get ahold of yourself. crack in two eggs, fry until yolks are medium firmness.4. Rip open the cheese, studiously avoiding the perforated edges, so that the bag will most definitely not re-seal. Make half-hearted attempt to re-seal on your own recognizance. Give up in disgust. top eggs with cheese. Muenster or cheddar is best. In light of the above display, individually packaged slices are best.5.flip the eggs once so your cheese melts. You will get a fleeting glimpse of one of the most beautiful sights our world has to offer- the moltenation.6. slide out your creation onto a plate.
