Warcraft 3 maps don't show up?
Make sure you put them into your Warcraft III -> Maps -> Download file. When you go into the screen where you are about to create a game, make sure you click the 'Download' maps folder to browse them. Also make sure that the map is the correct game. WC3: Frozen Throne maps won't be viewable or playable in WC3. If it is still not working, restart WC3. If that fails, restart your computer (highly doubt this will help matters). If that fails, uninstall then reinstall WC3 (you may need to make a copy of all your maps so you don't have to redownload them). If that fails, then carefully document everything you've done to download and play a game and email Blizzard's warcraft 3 support. They should be able to help you if all else fails. Good luck.
Why do/don't you play World of Warcraft?
All single player games have a life cycle. It is fresh and new, and there are things to explore and new experiences to have. Along the way you develop goals for yourself - to reach level cap, to finish the main storyline, to complete all of the dungeons, etc.Once you have done that, the remaining parts of the game become repetitive and boring. The only thing that keeps you coming back are the people and friends that you have met. The social ties that keep you there.The reason that I play World of Warcraft is that it provides a platform for me to have social interactions with people and friends. It is no different than a sports club or meeting friends at a bar once a week. It's something to do with people who have similar interests and tastes.The game itself has very little to offer once you've played through it and leveled your character and seen the storyline. The only reason to keep playing it is if it allows you to maintain human contact and have relationships with other people.I think that people sometimes do not understand that about MMORPGs. The game itself is just a platform for social interactions. In that respect, it's not really a traditional game as we think of them.

Is it true about world of warcraft?
In extremely rare cases (probably 2 or 3 out of over 10 million players) people have died while playing WoW. The thing is, people that get this addicted have what are called "addictive personalities" - if they didn't get addicted to WoW and die they would have gotten addicted to something else much worse (such as tobacco or other drugs). But be sure to realise that it isn't the game that kills them, it's that these people neglect their own bodies to the point where they die from exhaustion (not sleeping CAN kill you), blood clots (from sitting for long, long periods of time) or even dehydration (not drinking). Why is it addicting? Because WoW is what is described as a "grind", you do something over and over and get rewarded for it. People get addicted to doing better and better (just like a drug addict would get addicted to getting better highs each time s/he does drugs) and some take it way too far.
How to play Chinese Warcraft 3 maps?
There is this big language barrier in the internet. Although the internet has solved the problem of transportation, language splits the internet into segmented languages. The China WC3 community really have cool custom maps which I don't get to try. Every time I download a Chinese Warcraft 3 custom map, I can't play it. Do I need to do a Chinese installation? And if I do that, will I still be able to play English maps?
It says I don't have enough memory for WoW (world of warcraft) and I just played last night no problem. help?
Thank you everyone. I have gone through and edited unecessary processes and even deleted old documents. My problem is similar to the one girl that Gerry R mentioned, I think. I'm running the Blizzard repair thing I found under my WoW thing in my Start-Up, and seeing if that turns anything out. If not, I may have to re-install. I will try this and keep you posted. On Warcraft III, how do I get the pendant of mana on the Hunter of Shadows level of the Orc Campaign?
Okay, after destroying the blue night elf base, I noticed a circle of mushrooms just north of the base. Across the river there is another circle with a pendant of mana in the center, but no way to cross or cut down trees. Does anyone know how to get it? I don't need it but it would be a nice easter egg to know how.
World of Warcraft ruined my life !!! What should I do???
Because of that damned game I lost my job, my car, my girlfriend, my cat and my goldfish. Damned! And I still cannot stop to play it. What can I do now?
World of warcraft "You don't have permission to do that"?
I logged in to my old WoW account and the guild that used to be mine got dethroned by another person. This I am fine with. Now when I go to the option to dethrone him, it states "You don't have permission to do that" ...What? Why would I need permission? There are only a bunch of "New Members" -including me- and the guildmaster. So no officers or anything. I don't understand, please help.
