I like using my iPad more than any other device.I have a home office set-up where my iPad is on my desk next to my computer. I can stream from all the major services and have fingertip control right there.As far as services go, I like the overall experience that Netflix provides, with Amazon Prime being a very close second. The only reason I give Netflix the edge at this point would be because I run into some stream-quality issues from Amazon from time to time.

Some movies — the big-ass blockbusters, such as the MARVEL superhero slam-bang action flicks — really are best seen in a movie theater with an audience packed in. It’s almost a communal experience, like seeing the original STAR WARS or INDIANA JONES movies was when I was a teenager.That’s my favorite way; of course, you can’t just bring a DVD of “THOR: RAGNAROK” to the local multiplex and have ’em play it for you in one of their theaters, so I wind up watching them at home. Currently, I don’t even have a TV, or Cable or Satellite — I find that I get more done when I don’t have broadcast TV available to tempt me into spending too much time vegging out. So, I usually just pop a DVD in my laptop and watch it on that. It isn’t the ideal way to watch a movie, but it’s what I currently settle for.
