What is your view on on the idea that it takes failure to achieve success?
Everyone learns from mistakes ("failures") - thus, when we fail at something, we're learning how to succeed. In that way, it does take failure to achieve success. Take Thomas Edison, for example. He failed many times trying to make the light bulb. Each of those failures helped him learn how to make the bulb that worked. As he put it: "I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that don’t work."
What are your views on war?
I never support war. War is the organized slaughter of human beings for political objectives. It is never 'just' in my opinion, there are always other ways of resolving problems, even if those methods require sacrifices. If there is a violent ideal that persists in a regime, terrorist organization, or in an individual, I believe it to be necessary to challenge that ideal rather than allow it to multiply within your own mind to be inflicted upon the people who hold it. If you take a life to remove a violent ideal that the person held, you do it at a moral cost too great to justify, because you have allowed that violent ideal they held to be reflected within your own behaviour. If I was alive in desperate times of war like World War 2, I would have risked my life to treat the wounded in war zones, build air raid shelters, and take part in underground evacuations of those condemned to death camps, but I would never under any circumstances pick up a gun and take the life of another human being. Violence is a flaw within our human psychology, it is an evolutionary throwback that we must move away from. If you want to resign yourself to the idea that the human race will always be violent then you can do so, but don't do it in my name. I will not be a violent person. I believe we can have world peace if people embrace peace. It must be an ideology that we must work towards together for our future.
What's the difference of view , opinion and idea?
View and opinion are similar - a personal perspective - although there is an implication that there is something judgemental about an opinion, as opposed to a bland view. An idea is subtly different and again is probably more usually neutral in its application. You do seem them used as synonyms but there is usually only one appopriate for the context. I would be interested in your view on this matter When I want your opinion, I'll give it to you. I have no idea what you mean.
What is your idea of a dream date?
I am not one for big restaurants when it comes to dates(unless the guy is rich, then we can go there from time to time).My ideal date would be like two friends hanging out. Going to a movie, eating and taking a stroll through the park.But the best kind of dates are the ones in private. When we’re alone in the house and we can do whatever we want. We can watch a random movie on TV, order pizza, stay in bed. We can play some board games or any games at all, we can cuddle and tickle and tease each other. We can talk about serious stuff and get to know each other better in the comfort of privacy.When I was with my ex,I went to his house on his birthday. To be honest,that was my favorite date, even though he used to buy me gifts when we saw each other. I don’t care about the gifts and the things you buy me.I care about the comfort someone gives me. We weren’t alone though(and to be honest,I’m glad that happened).His mom and little sister were there,but they left us alone the whole time. We(I) played some video games because his computer is really good then we stayed in bed and watched a movie. That was my favorite part. Us, laying down with my head on his shoulder and relaxing. Too bad that he had to spoil it near the end. sighSo, yeah, these are the kind of ‘dates’ I like. I love being in private. That way we can do everything we want, everything. ;)
What are your views on feminism?
Im a male and I like the idea of feminism. Because, women deserve to be equal to men. But there are some problems 1. I hate what feminism has become. Feminism these days are all about hating on men, getting mad over nothing, and complaining. 2. Feminists make up huge lies, like the wage gap, slut shaming, and that all men are rapists 3. I don't think we need feminism anymore. I said I liked the idea of it, but I don't think we need it anymore. It's not like women are oppressed or anything. Sexism is over at this point What do you think?
What's your idea of romance?
I guess my idea of romance is being with someone without any of that extra stuff. While dinners and watching movies together are nice, to me romance is about being close, both emotionally and physically, without focusing on something else, like a movie. Personally, somewhere quiet-ish, like a nice spot on a quiet beach, with maybe a bit of music, just talking/kissing/cuddling, is romantic. Although pretty much anything where you can be close with that person can be romantic. Not sex though, I just don't see that as very romantic. BQ: Nothing... Oh well, one day :)
