Is it okay for girls to sag their pants?

The fact you want to sag your pants with the specific intent of showing of a brands logo hints to me that you're rather materialistic, and buy into the idea that brand names make you who you are. Image has a large role in today's society, U.S. specifically. That part of the logic is not flawed. My only problem I see with this is that since you posted a picture of a celebrity wearing what you describe, I can only assume that she has some sort of role in you wanting to wear it in that way. That isn't necessarily bad, but I only invite you to ask yourself, does she wear her clothing like that because she likes it, or because it is a paid advertisement for Calvin Klein? I’d venture to guess she doesn't often wear her clothing like that in public.

What do you think will we remember the best from the early 2000's, (i.e, 50s: pinup glamour, 60s: hippies)?

There are certain things people remember and look back on from each decade. Like so:
1920s we think of Prohibition and short-haired flapper girls
1930s and 40s we think of those classic romantic movies and demure glamour (hello Jimmy Stewart and Clark Gable!)
1950s pinup girls, jukeboxes, poodle skirts, Lucille Ball
1960s "hippies," rebellion, loose flowy clothing
1970s bell-bottom pants, folk/rock music
1980s we think of big hair, big attitude, and big music
1990's we think straight-leg jeans, Saved By the Bell, and Giga Pets!

What do you think you (or we) will really define the period from 2000 to 2010?
What new inventions or styles of hair/clothing will stand out for years to come?
Thanks for any/all input!

What are the torn jeans called?

The torn jeans are called ripped jeans. Most people would confuse ripped and distressed denims to be the same thing. This is what other quora users have written in the above answers also. But do you know that there's actually a difference between the two? Read on to know more!RippedRipped jeans have fabric rips. What started off with rips often on the knees, is now anywhere and everywhere. This is a popular trend from the late 80s (fans of hard rock/heavy metal might know!). Ripped jeans got very popular by the 90s when grunge artists such as Kurt Cobain started wearing these. Though commercially selling jeans are deliberately ripped, they are made to look as if they went through natural wear and tear.DistressedDistressed denims are essentially given a vintage worn out look in the manufacturing processes. Jeans are faded on purpose. Other methods to distress denim include extreme stone washing, enzyme washing, acid washing, sandblasting, emerging, and micro-sanding. Nowadays, frayed hems and seams are also popular in the distressed denim category.
