What kind of oatmeal in a face mask?
I really like this mask, and it tastes good, and even though it is sticky, it will make your face glow, and is available right at home, and there are other beauty tips! take honey and oatmeal (uncooked, unflavored or at least get the flavored powders out) then mix it and put it on, kepp it on for 15 min, store the rest ina bottle or container, then rinse and volia! glowing skin. you can also put cold teabags over your eyes (used ones) for as long as you want to take away the bags under your eyes. you can also put slices of kiwi and strawberry on your face for a heathy, pretty face.
What kind of mask does Dexter wear?
The only thing that Dexter wears when he kills his victims is a face shield. My brother has one because he works in a lab. I googled "Clear Plastic Face Shield" and it came up with many places you could get them. Have you tried at a hardware store? I think you can get one that's made for welders that also looks similar to Dexter's

Is there any kind of gas mask that you can put on underwater?
Sort of. The self contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) designed for firefighting and other applications where the air is unbreathable will work for *some* underwater applications. The manufacturers certainly do not endorse them as such. These do not use air-purifying cartridge respirators, such as the ones you're discussing. These use high pressure canned air, same as SCUBA. The FDNY tested the MSA rigs years ago, and found out they'd work for 10-20' water depth or so.
