Non-believers of all kinds, do scare tactics and doomsday predictions work for you?
It is strange that the same people who are bewildered why one religions Armageddon tale does not bring everyone to their knees fail to realize that there is more than one religion out here telling us we will burn in hell forever, yadah, yadah, yadah. So when are they converting to a different one? No? Well, I guess having multiple "One True Faiths" confuses the rest of us too. Picking amongst multiple "Join or Suffer" tales sounds like a shell game - "did you chose wisely?" Much easier to believe those stories are all wrong than expect we need to gamble, isn't it? Pushing that aspect also makes your religion seem about sticks and not carrots - not exactly the joyous side of the equation is it? People was joy from their religion, not damnation!
What scares you about death?
There are three things that frighten me about death: the concept of eternal hell, an evil (or at least an amoral) God and reincarnation. Death does frighten me like any other unknown because it’s a human survival instinct to be frightened by the unknown. Note: why do most people seem to imply that any intelligent designer must be inherently ‘good’ if one exists?The concept of the oblivion of my sentience does not frighten me too much and I find the thought of this to be rather comforting. The thought of oblivion does somewhat startle me to some extent though, but this is only (and obviously) while I’m alive yet. Some people will be bothered by oblivion robbing you of those potential experiences that you’re going to miss, but a nonexistent entity can’t miss out on anything to begin with. Sometimes desire, like stagnance, can be a form of torture itself though.
I'm kind of scared to have sex ... ?
Okay, so i was really curious and I went on this porn site (forgot what the link was called, it has a lot of "x's") and I just saw a whole lot of naked people. I clicked on a video to see what sex looked like in action (I've never really seen it done - I'm 16.) And even though they say the things in a porn video aren't isn't really how sex is like, why does the guy in the video have such a large penis? I think that's what scares me. The large penis! I'm not even joking.. and I'm not like an internet troll or anything. Clearly, I'm a virgin. Haha. It's really overwhelming looking at it and imagining it rammed down there. Wouldn't that hurt? Are they actually that big? :O How do i fix this phobia? Does this just show I'm clearly not ready for it? ...

You might try something more casual...WHAT is that look on your face? Is that a frown? Do you have a tendency to stare? Does your smile look like a stone quarry?These are just suggestions. You might look perfectly alright. You just might have scared the living daylights out of one timid guy who was easily impressed... ;)
Why Are People Scared Of Me?
I don't think they are SCARED of you. They probably just see you as DIFFERENT. They don't see you as one of them. Some people just like things plain and simple. When they see something out of the ordinary, they shy away from it because it's weird (or different) Maybe you're the kind of person that everyone shys away from, like me. I'm so scared to talk to this guy because of my acne, what should i do?
For years now I have had acne but in recent years the scars from my acne have gotten really dark. This has affected the way i feel about myself and the way that i feel other people perceive me. I just met this guy and i would like to start getting to know him. The problem is that the night that i met him he didn't see the scars on my face because i had a scarf on. Now i'm scared to meet him again knowing that he'll be able to see my face and might reject me. What should i do?
