What Kind Of Soil Do I Need To Fill My Yard And Make It Level Bank Run Loam Clean Fill Etc

Why there are lack of toilets in India?

Before I start ranting about poverty, poor administration, lack of initiative, etc., I want to share my own views about the call of nature.I believe that it is actually healthier to answer the call of nature in the arms of nature. In ancient times, I've heard that people used to carry a hoe, a pot of water, and some wood ash with them early in the morning to finish the routine. They would dig a hole, do business, fill the hole back with soil, and wash themselves with wood ash as soap and water from the pot. The process provided manure to the fields and substituted morning walk and exercise. If someone got sick, which was quite infrequent, given the healthy lifestyle, perhaps they used bedpans. However, having been accustomed to doing business on a western seat next to the bedroom, we feel that having a toilet is the next basic necessity, not a luxury. Many people, especially in rural areas are still accustomed  to the open defecation. But, I haven't seen people taking the pain to dig a hole for the purpose. Now this is what leads to sanitation problems, especially when large number of people use a common area.In urban areas, those who don't own toilets are the slum dwellers and the homeless. They hail from villages, have come in search of livelihood, and don't have any means of constructing anything. They are already accustomed to using the open. So, poverty is the issue, so is habit. While going to the markets, I've personally experienced that even though every building has a toilet, nobody allows the customers to enter their toilets. They plainly refuse to admit that there is a toilet. This is not a problem of deficit. It is lack of sharing. Instead of spending crores on building new toilets and running them on public funding, it could be made mandatory for shop owners to allow their customers to use the toilets available in the building. The building owner could be compelled to construct toilets for their tenants and allow them to use them as well. In many places, landlords don't allow anyone to use them, even though they may keep them locked. While on the highway, I and any other person I've met, if compelled by the urge, don't take the pain to locate a toilet. We locate thickets. If we don't demand it, why will anyone (government) supply it? And when there are some available, we don't have the sense to use them properly, and leave them as clean as they were when first made.

Tell me all about an aries?

Aries is the first sign of the zodiac. It is a cardinal and fiery sign.It is represented by the ram.Its ruler is Mars.It governs the head. The period of the Sunsign Aries is from the first day of the vernal equinox that is the 21st March to the 20th april of every year.
Aries symbolises activity. It initiates things and activities. It is thus the sign of the pioneer and the explorer. As the ruler of aries is Mars the God of war,a native of aries is forthright and active with a lot of pep and push.He lives a life of adventure and excitement. There is a tendency to act quickly and decisively,However aries is not given to profound thought. Thus whereas aries may have great vitality,it has no maturity. An average aries is a doer and not a thinker.Due to absence of profound thought sometimes aries may persist with some activity without purpose or direction.
Aries is independent and fearless. He fights straight and openly. However he has considerable ego and can be bossy and domineering.
With all the above qualities in him Aries could be rather rash.He is thus prone to accidents, explosions etc.Being rash aries also lacks tact and diplomacy. He is blunt and outspoken and does not care for the feelings of other people. In the process he may hurt others, though there is no resentment or malice in him.
The ram in aries makes him very passionate and crazy for sex. However the approach of aries to sex is very direct and lacks refinement.
As aries rules the head, use of headgear by aries natives makes their personalities very attractive as they can carry it very well.

What is the best thing about someone born under the cancer sign?

Positive Traits: kind, loving, emotional, intuitive, imaginative, shrewd, cautious, protective and sympathetic.

Negative Traits: changeable, moody, over-emotional, touchy, untidy, clinging, unable to "let go," and a tendency to wallow in self-pity.

Likes: hobbies, romance, children, parties, home and country.

Dislikes: failure, opposition, aggravating situations, being told what to do and being given advice...whether good or bad.

Natives of Cancer are probably most in tune with those governed by Pisces, since Pisces is prone to moods just like Cancer, but of a less volatile nature. This is a couple who will find peace and harmony throughout the majority of their relationship.

Scorpio, another Sign ruled by the element of Water, would also be favorable since Scorpio is equal to the moods of Cancer and capable of great understanding. Cancer finds the Scorpio depth of character intriguing and will certainly appreciate the rich view of life inherent in the Scorpio nature, to say nothing of the awareness and perception associated with that Sign. This is a couple who will likely provide everything either has ever wanted in a relationship. The physical chemistry here is quite amazing...it is long-lasting and only gets better with the passage of time.
