I'm trying to think of this movie. This is what I remember: this princess got a spell cast on her by a witch that said she wouldnt make it past her ninth or thirteenth or something birthday. Cats would become the witch. The girl had these magic rubies when rubbed together. The witch came to take her but she jumped off and the rubies landed her safely in a haystack. She stayed with a random family for awhile and told them she fell from the sky. The witch wears this white doo rag thing. This is a cartoon idk when it came out but I saw it in the early 90s. The characters are African. I feel like it's called "The (blank) princess" help?

Wow, that IS sad. Especially because I love Indian arts and Bollywood. I wouldn't have expected to hear this. I always thought Indians and Africans had a lot in common as far as the varying skin tones, curvier body types, rounder faces, almond shaped eyes, and fuller lips! What's going on with people?

I love that cap. About six months ago I wanted to get one for my boyfriend (Queen is his favorite movie) and couldn't find anything close. I came across Baron Hats (baronhats.com). They make hats for the movies and TV and stars, but will also make any custom hat you can think of. I asked them about Bogie's hat, and they sent me a photo of it from their files, and said they could make it. They did, including making it look like in the movie, you know, all worn and all! It's beautiful. I think they told me that this was a Salior cap of that time, called a Kepi. I'm sure if you go on their site, and e-mail them, they can make it again.
