My friend said it out of no where and we were like hey.. isnt that from a movie and he said i think mean girls but i dont tihnk its from mean girls.

its just one of those things that will keep bothering you til you figure it out

What movie(s) is this line from?

I feel like I've heard this line in a few really cheesy movies before. Usually there's some really arrogant guy who's a total jerk and then he gets beat up by the protagonist and then as he lies on the ground weak and helpless the protagonist stands over him like a total bad***. The bad guy then proceeds to say"who are you!?" And if the protagonist does not answer he may get desperate and scream "WHAT ARE YOU!?". The hero may or may not answer and I think sometimes the answer is either legit or he just says something like "I'm no one" or "your worst nightmare" or "I'm the man who's gonna keep (enter city here) safe". Anyway anybody know what I'm talking about?
