What order should I watch the Paranormal Activity movies? Some people say 3, 1, 2. Can someone help me out!?
There really is no specific order that they should be watched in order to understand them. I would just recommend watching from the first , then second and then the third. If you feel that breaking the order would have a better way of having him understand them better then by all means watch them in the order you suggested. All of them still have pretty much the same affect so It wouldn't ruin it for him. Take care.

Paranormal Activity 1-4: what is the order of this series?
I have now watched all 4 movies in this series but I cannot tell how each movie is tied together in which order??? In the first one its just "Katie" who gets possessed and her husband dies. The second has Katie and her sister "Kristie" with her family. Katie ends up killing the whole family and taking hunter the baby the demons want. The third is when two little girls are taken and possessed and their whole there family is killed, but who are these girls? Are they young Katie and kristie? If so would that make the 3rd one the 1st in the order? The 4th one is when hunter is a little older and with a new family because of adoption. Katie ends up killing his family and taking him again. I Still have no idea what order these movies are tied together in??? Is it 3-1-2-4??

Explain all the Paranormal Activity Movies...?
the order is 3 2 1 and then 4 3. katie and kristy are young. their dad finds some strange noises in the kids room so he fits in cameras. he finds strange sounds and activities in the house. he tries to find out the reason behind it. finally he discovers a demon haunting them. the kids grandmother had made a thing with the demon in which the demon could take away the first male heir born in the family. in return the grandmother would get either power or money. she claimed power because she was already rich 2. kristy gives birth to a boy named hunter. therefore in the entired movie it shows how the demon takes hunter away 1. this movie shows how katie is being haunted by the demon and finally how the demon posses katie and kill her boyfriend micah 4. in this movie we find hunter. this movies revolves on a family who had adopted hunter. and another kid was send to their house to bring hunter. the other kid is mistaken for hunter in the beginning. but later we find that katie had sent this other kid to that house in order to get hunter. the 5th part will be release this year. maybe in october.

What should a person do to see and record paranormal activity? That, to me, depends on just how much you want to experience, or be involved. For most of us, paranormal research is an absolute passion. It is, in fact, a calling. If you are just curious, you could try staying in a haunted hotel. They can be a lot of fun, because you will be with others wanting that same experience. You could start following some of your favorite teams, and hopefully have the opportunity to hunt with them. I hunted with Deep South Paranormal, and Everyday Paranormal (Ghost Lab) years ago. Often, local teams will host public ghost hunts for a fee. They will usually allow you to try out their equipment, and show you the ropes. Since equipment can be expensive, I highly recommend this option. Regardless of what you decide to do, be open minded, and receptive. Then, when you think you have experienced something, try your best to disprove it.Most people think being a ghost hunter sounds exciting. It’s actually hours and hours of sitting in the dark, asking questions to thin air. It’s often going to dirty, spider infested buildings with no air conditioning, no heat, no water, no toilet, etc.Is it safe? That is kind of a case by case situation. It is also a question of how sensitive you are. I have seen mediums be attacked, scratched, etc. I am not sensitive, so I don’t have any of that. (Knock wood!). I have been cursed, told to go to hell, etc. I have been held down, the bed I was in shaken, and such. I have been touched many times, but never scratched as others around me have.Why do we do this if there is a chance of danger? To hear a voice from a past era, especially at historic locations, is such an Adrenalin rush! It’s like a history book coming alive!
'Paranormal Activity' movie series confusion!?
The first one is about how a demonic presence comes into Katie's house, and takes over her body. The end of the movie doesn't make you think at all about her sister. In the second movie, it began a few months before the first. It is about Katie's sister, Kristi, her husband, and their two kids. A demonic presence starts there, supposedly, and when it takes over Kristi's baby son, Hunter, the husband says a prayer of some sort that sends it over to Katie's house, so Kristi and Hunter will be safe. The third movie is about Kristi and Katie as young children, and you are supposed to believe in that movie, after it ends, that the presence started with their grandmother. And the fourth is five years later, how Katie and Hunter(now Wyatt, i think, because she killed his parents in number two and took him) are now there. Wyatt is adopted by the new family in the fourth(I can't remember their names) and Robbie is the kid across the street, whose mom is Katie. And Katie comes back for Wyatt(who is Hunter) So technically, you could be watching it 3, 2, 1, 4. But they want you to be confused about it. That's why they kept going back farther into the years.
Do the paranormal activity movies go backwards starting with 3 since it starts in 1988 when the were little?
Paranormal Activity is a prequel to paranormal activity 1 and 2. It is supposed to explain how the 'activity' began. So yes this is Katie and Kristi when they where younger.
