What Other Animals Are In The Warrior Cats Series

What are some good warrior cat clan names?

Definitely don’t name it after an animal. (SnakeClan, BirdClan, SquirrelClan, etc.) They’re cats for god’s sake. It wouldn’t make sense. The only sense I can see in naming a clan after an animal is if the clan portrays or has the quality of that animal. Or if the place their dwelling in is abundant of that certain animal. But it still isn’t something I’d recommend. I know there’s such thing as LionClan and everything, but according to the books, that’s when big cats were divided in clans by their species.Don’t name it after something elemental. Don’t go for SnowClan, IceClan, FireClan, WaterClan, LeafClan. This isn’t Pokemon. The cats in warriors don’t relate to elements in anyway.Don’t name it something too extravagant and superior. Please don’t make clan names like “AngelClan”, “EvilClan”, or “SpaceClan”. how do those look against clans like “RiverClan” and “Windclan”? They seem far too superior against the other “normal” clan names.I don’t care what you come up with. At the end, it’s all up to you. Those are just some of my opinions.

Questions about the Warrior Cats book series?

Hello! I have been thinking about trying out the warrior cats book series. I have done some research, and while I would love to get started on it soon... I am a little nervous from the positive yet somewhat skeptical reviews on the series. I love cats and animals, but I am worried that the violence in the book might be considered bad for a person to read? Plus I am not sure how deep the references to real life societal issues will be. I am hoping that the references will make a point, but not so bad that it can be disturbing. Has anyone given the series a try? What do you feel about it?

Thank you for all who give an opinion!

What are some other children's books like the Warrior series?

Perhaps she should try the Redwall series by Brian Jacques. It's a great fantasy series about anthropomorphic creatures who have adventures together. The first book, Redwall features an exciting plot pits a hoard of savage rats against the peace-loving mice of Redwall Alley. There are more than twenty books in the series, so this will keep her busy! The second recommendation I have is called Swordbird by Nancy Fan. This is not a series; however it is a fantasy book about select tribes of birds. One of the tribes wishes to summon the mystical Swordbird, but in order to do so, they must have one of the Leasorn Gems, and thus begins their quest to find one.The third recommendation I have is called Bunnicula by Deborah Howe. This book features a vampire bunny that sucks the juice out of vegetables. The book centers around the Monroe family, and their pets, and is told from the perspective of their dog, Herold. The Monroe family finds a bunny at a movie theater watching the movie Dracula, so they decide to name him Bunnicula. The Monroe's cat, Chester, is convinced that the bunny is a vampire and tries to convince Herold of the menace. This book is also a series. The last recommendation I have is called Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMPH. You've probably heard of this book, as it is on some recommended reading lists. This book has been awarded the John Newbery Medal, and it is about Mrs. Frisby and her sick son, Timothy. She seeks aid from a group of laboratory rats from the destruction of the farmer's plow. This book is also a series. I hope you like this answer!

What are some good book series to read after I finish the Warrior Cats series?

Ill make a list:Wings of Fire-A good long book series that should hold you off for a good bit. I advise that you check it out. It's by Tui T. Sutherland, one of the authors that worked on the Warriors series.Song of the Summer King-This i a four book long series. It is about a world of gryfons, and it has plenty of details. This series is by Jess E. Owen (NOT JESSE OWEN).Warriors Super Editions-I definitely advise these after reading the main series. They are stand-alone stories, all focused on separate characters and their own adventures.Warriors Mangas-Read these after the Super Editions. It is nice to get an actual view into the Warriors world.Warrios Short Stories-Exclusively for E-readers, these short stories are great to check out.Warriors Field Guides-Good to learn more about the cats of the world. Als provides interesting information on the clans.I own all the books mentioned, along with EVERY SINGLE WARRIOR CATS BOOK. I hope this advic helps :)

Are there any books similar it warrior cats about wolves?

I really liked the warrior cats books and excited for more to come, but I'm getting a bit bored looking for other books to read while i wait for the next WC book to come out. I really like wolves and used to RP(role play) on wolf rping websites with packs alphas betas ect. and was wondering if there are any books similar to warrior cats the are about wolves in packs.
If you have never read warriors, what i mean is animals with a heaven and hell like place they go when they die that the cats called starclan and the dark forest, but in the books i would like to read would be in wolf terms. In packs, i would like to read about their being alphas and omegas betas healers and such. Other competing packs and a tiny bit of romance like the warrior cats have. But different story lines of course. If anyone knows of a good wolf series that at least have packs and are not about Indians turning into wolves or wolf brothers but just the wolves themselves not really with humans included unless there are hunters...please leave the series(must be a series plz) title, the title of the first book and the author(s). Thank you i appreciate if you answer ;)

Why does everyone like Warrior Cats? The first chapters fails to draw me and my friends in at all. Does it get suddenly better or something, or does the first book just set a scene for the rest of the series?

q: Why does everyone like Warrior Cats? The first chapters fails to draw me and my friends in at all. Does it get suddenly better or something, or does the first book just set a scene for the rest of the series? It’s close to 300 pages, written for 7 year-olds. If you don’t fit in that audience then you might have trouble getting into the books. You’ll hate it if you don’t like cats. Esp talking cats. The whole series smacks of Watership Down revisited with cats, instead of bunnies. How they live, interact, and fight. Yep, lots of cat-on-cat violence. If you can’t keep up with names and characters and plots and sub-plots, you might not be able to immerse into the world the author creates. It is one of the more complex books for younger readers.Don’y worry about trying to figure out why you don’t like something every one else likes. Your friends probably have similar tastes (maybe one of the reasons why you’re all friends?) so I’m sure there are books you’ll enjoy as a group.I had classmates who could never get past the talking animals thing in Narnia, but enjoyed Out of the Silent Planet which was also by C.S. Lewis. For me, I give a book 200 pages before I call it quits. I read a lot of YA and chapter books because my niece is a reader, and we have something to talk about all the time. We have donated a lot of books that she just couldn’t get into. What’s important is that she tried and kept an open mind. So don’t beat yourself up about it, just find another book!

Does anyone have good theme songs for Warrior Cats?

I would like a list of songs that match warrior cats! I want one that matches the whole series, but the actual cats are also wanted! Bluestar and Scourge are preferable, but I need the others too! But I don't want any Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, or One Direction songs please! I mean absolutely no offense to anyone who likes any of them! But could you please help me out?

Active, advanced, warrior cats role play?

I don't know if this fits your standards. http://warriorsroleplaybykcsk1998.wetpai...

We are active, we make new layouts every so often to stay fresh and updated, and we are already rather deep in our plot. (We also have other animal Rps for when you get tired of just plain Warriors.)

It's neither chatbox nor forums. We Rp in threads. It's probably closer to forums though....

But still. We're pretty active, and right now we have open positions we need filled.
