Best free photo editing app?

If you need/want more features downloading GIMP is a great options. Still free, but you have to download the software. There are also free tools to add text blurbs, to make collages, to put your photo into other images. I've been in to photography for more than 3 years now. I own a Canon 1300D entry level DSLR camera.I use the following android apps for photo editing.Snapseed.This is the app I use most of the time. It is very user friendly and comes with a lot of features. The quality of the photo is also retained after editing.2. Photo director.I mainly use this app for certain overlay functions and for blending it with some other photos like adding light streaks or some other pitcure in to a picture etc.3. Adobe lightroom.Not actually an android friendly app but this app helps me in editing RAW files in premium version. Do you have an instagram? If so search up "overlays" and their are planty off accounts with stuff. you can screenshot the picture. Download the app ; picsart & then open it. click on Photo and then choose the photo your gonna put the overlay on. After that look for "add photo" then choose the photo you want to choose (wich is going to be the overlay) . After choosing the photo, its gonna go to editing settings, just click dont, after that its gonna take you too all these crops and stuff, take off all the borders and crops the picture (most overlays are white and are in a black background [some are black and in a white background] after that go to done and its gonna be ontop of your photo. Theirs this thing (option) that says Normal. Click on that and change it to lighten or and so on of your choice
