What Price Has A White Vinyl Pressing Of The Beatles White Album On Capital Records Label In Very

How much would my beatles white album vinyl be worth?

it depends on the condition of it.

What Beatles album was "Hey Jude" originally released on?

The Beatles song “Hey Jude” was not, in fact, released on any named album, as one is accustomed to popular songs being included on albums for purchase today. No. Back in the day, in this case, mid to late 60′s, (1968 specifically) the song was initially released as simply a single. Meaning the music was ‘pressed’ onto vinyl, one song to be played on each side, A and B, to be listened to at the correct speed setting on your turntable, or record player, of 45 revolutions per minute. As a typical ‘pop' song of the day ran around 3 minutes total playing time, the astronomical running time of “Hey Jude” clocked in at a whopping 7 minutes 11 seconds long, the longest #1 single to ever be released. Had this been a song by any other band, the radio stations desires to trim the running time to a more manageable radio airplay length would have been honored without question. However, this was The Beatles, and no one dictated to Them in any way, shape, or form, anything to do with Their Music. Oh no, you didn't…Incidentally, the first time the song in question did see its release on an album proper would come in 1970, with the release of a compilation album originally entitled “The Beatles Again”, later changed to, conveniently for our purposes, “Hey Jude”.Thank You for asking.

How much are Beatles records worth?

What’s the most valuable vinyl record you’ve ever found?

Well, if you are talking about valuable money-wise, looking at my collection on discogs, it would probably have to be my copy of The Beatles. Yes, The White Album, and it’s a 1968 UK pressing. I would have to really dig deep to verify whether it is a first press or second or whatever. I picked it up just a couple of months ago, shortly after my 50th birthday, as a present to myself, at a local record store. It was truly a bargain for $45; it looks really good, plays great and and has the photos and everything; mint copies go for up to $900.If you are talking valuable to me, sentimentally, then that would be my MFSL copy of Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon. I already had at least 2 different copies on vinyl and at least 5 different CD versions, but as soon as I saw that one sitting on the shelf, I knew I had to have it. It was the first one I had ever seen in the wild. There was no way I was going to pass it up. But the top and bottom seams were split, so I knew there was also know way I was going to pay the asking price of $70. The vinyl itself looked great, but the record sleeve was trashed. I talked him down to $40. Love that album!

How much is the Beatles Sgt Peppers album worth?

The short answer:Most copies won't be worth more than $1 (the unplayable, moldy copy at your neighborhood thrift store) to $20 (the going price for a new copy at Amazon). The long answer: Beatles albums have a sort of legendary history to them and certain rare pressings may be worth a couple hundred dollars or more, but thanks to supply and demand, most copies you're going to come across aren't worth more than any other record you're likely to find in shops. Sgt Peppers has been pressed to vinyl, CD, and cassette almost 500 times over the years (and they're still making more!), which means there are tons of copies of the album out there in the world - over 30 million, according to Wikipedia - so it's not a rare artifact by any means.Aside from rarity, record prices are also very dependent on the condition they're in - two copies of the same pressing will vary wildly in price if one is beat up and scratched and the other is in mint condition. All this to say, there are a lot of factors that make it hard to give an exact answer, but the typical copy of Sgt Peppers isn't worth anything exciting. Check out discogs.com - you can look up albums by their catalog number and see what prices each particular pressing is going for in different conditions, as well as fun facts like what country it comes from and when it was made.

I have a real vinyl of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band from The Beatles. How much can they cost?

I have one too. A mono copy from 1967.I think people who ask questions like these tend to forget that Sgt. Pepper was mass-produced. It was at number one in the UK album charts for 22 consecutive weeks. It sold a quarter of a million copies in its first week. There are millions of copies of the record out there. Unless yours is special in some way, it’s worth no more than a new copy. Copies of the vinyl are selling on Ebay for between £4 and £50 and frankly, I think anyone asking £50 for even a 60s copy of the vinyl is indulging in wishful thinking.
