Did Saul exhibit symptoms of bipolar disorder (schizophrenia) when he fell from God's grace?
1. While bipolar disorder and schizophrenia are related, they are different illnesses. But I think you know that already. Many schizophrenics have a bipolar parent. I don't know why, but they obviously correlate with each other. OCD is also another common illness amongst schizophrenics. 2. I already see that people are confusing Saul with Paul. If you're going to criticize the Bible, please at least get on the same page... or even same testament. 3. Yes, Saul would be considered a possible schizophrenic based on his behavior. Ironically some schizophrenics use music like Saul did in order to distract themselves from delusions and sounds. Remember, those of you who read my answer, that many schizophrenics don't have religious delusions. I know of one schizophrenic who seriously hears white noise out of the blue and it drives him mad. We don't know a lot about what Saul's state of mind was. A serious schizophrenic would have major troubles handling a government. The stress of being a leader could even trigger schizophrenia. However, I have one issue. It's extremely rare for schizophrenia to develop so late in an individual. A large portion of schizophrenics begin symptoms in their teens. It's incredibly rare for a schizophrenic to begin showing symptoms later in life. Saul was over 30 years old when he became king and his symptoms didn't start until the end of his reign. He may have been 60 to 70 years old when his symptoms started. Not only is this extremely rare, I don't recall it ever happening. There might be a case out there, but I know of none.

Why do Christians think everything is a sin or satanic?
I can't like women, I can't like men, I can't watch T.V, I can't have sex, I can't masturbate, I can't eat food, I can't play contact sports, I can't have girls over, I can't listen to rap or rock. "David your 17 you can't have a girlfriend it's a sin" (My mother says that)" I can't curse, I can't have "ghetto friends". Is breathing a sin to??? Why is everything a sin or satanic?? I basically have to go through a personality transformation before I even step in church or talk to a christian. Not everything is from satan. Osama bin Ladin is from Satin, not the dude who robbed the grocery store 3 blocks from my house. Why do christian have this logic where you have to live life in a straight path or else it's a sin?? yeah. I think everybody should have one of their arms amputated to prevent this outrage. No, actually, I don't. What I hate is canned laughter. And most of the people you hear laughing are dead. That's a fact. Modern people don't fake it as well, so they use crap from the thirties and forties and fifties. I think it should be outlawed. But what do I know? I like hairy Turkish Giantesses.
