Kitchen Bouquet is a browning and seasoning sauce for meats, gravies, stews etc. It is mostly used for its ability to add a dark brown colour. It is made from herbs, spices, vegetables and water. You should be able to find in the aisle of your supermarket that has the Spice/Gravy Seasonings such as Gravy Master etc. I usually find it at my local stop n shop supermarket, the small 4oz bottle usually cost about $5 bucks.
