How to lose belly fat in 2 weeks for teen girls ?

I know exactly how you feel!!! I did look up your BMI (I kind of guessed your birthday) and it says you are a little overweight. I just started this new exercise (yesterday haha) called "Drop 10". It's free (yay!) apparently you could lose up to 10 pounds in 2 weeks!!!! I'm not sure if it works yet but it's definitely worth a try.

Workout:

100 crunches
90 jumping jacks
80 lunges
70 squats
60 sec. running in place
50 sec. plank
40 jumping jacks
30 squats
20 high kicks
10 push ups

You do this everyday :)

Another thing would be to drink lots of water. I can't tell you how important this is!! Eat lots of fruits and veggies, etc.. Nothing you haven't heard before :) Oh and listen to music!!! It totally helps with the workout and just to get you motivated! Another thing that helps is go into a store and pick something really cute, preferably a bikini and this will give you some extra motivation. One more thing: look in the mirror and imagine yourself getting thinner. This sounds weird but really helps!! Sorry this is so long I will sum it up

1)Drop 10 workout every day for 2 weeks
2)Drink lots of Water
3)Fruits and Veggies! (Healthy Diet) (Oh and make sure you maintain this throughout your life!)
4)Listen to music
5)Pick something cute (a piece of clothing or a bathing suit) to give you motivation
6)Envision yourself getting skinny

7)Be positive and commited!!!
8)PLEASE DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!!!!!! This will lead to eating disorders, plus if you do starve yourself, your body goes into starvation mode and eats at your muscles not fat! Plus when you do eat, you will just gain every pound back plus more

Is it bad to be athletic as a teenage girl?

I'm a swimmer. I swim 4x a week(unless its a holiday or i'm sick) for 2hrs a day. i also walk to the pool and back(about a mile round trip).

Like most of the girls on my team, i'm slight. UNLIKE most of them, i'm also very tall for a 14-and-under. I'm about 5'7-5'8 and maybe 140lb(give or take).

I don't stop going unless i'm really sick or hurt...so i'll show up when i've got an annoying cold or if my arm hurts a little.

I am NOT anarexoic! I do have trouble eating more than a small meal in a sitting, so i generally eat 4-5x a day to compensate for that.

Am i paticulary at risk for getting sick? I've read of something that can happen to female athleats that makes u really sick....

I'm a fat lard teen!?

I'm 14. I'm 5'5, and I weigh almost 130! I'm sick of being the fat girl at the party. I want skinny legs skinny waist the whole sha-bang. I can't do laps around my neighborhood because I don't live in a good area. So I'm obsessed with eating! Even when I'm bored I eat...I don't even have to be hungry. WHAT DO I DO! Please don't lecture me I just want to know.

if you want a good answer to this you NEED to post a pic (of your body) that we can see and give a real response. Based on your limited info I would say you are not TOO thick and you are curvy. If you want to tighten up those abs (and your whole body in general) read and follow the below:

One word 'Insanity' - google Insanity workout and get it. (you can also try 'the Shred' but it won't be as good/effective)

Lots of ab exercises you can do besides crunches:
- Leg throwdowns (partner stands at side of you and throws your legs down. don't let your feet hit the ground)
- Inverted jackknifes with ab ball (place palms on ground and thighs up on ball. Start flat out and roll up and in.
- Many ab ball exercises...virtually anything you do on an ab ball is working your core
- Side twists (russian twists) - feet on ab ball palms on ground (like jackknifes). Rotate feet to ground (both sides).
- Several weighted ab machines at gym

Don't forget the cardio/resistance exercise/good eating to help burn the fat. (Try interval training...one of the most effective ways to burn fat).
