What Should I Do With This Idea

My friend stole my book idea....what should I do?

So I've been writting this book for about three months now, i just finished the draft of my prologue and first chapter, and I wanted someone that I could trust to read it so I printed it and gave it to a good friend of mine, she said she loved it and couldn't wait to read more. I've been a writer for about four years now, took all the creative writing classes in high school and have had short stories published in the school paper and have had countless teachers complement my writing, and I'm going to college to major in creative writing. I've always wanted to publish my own book and three months ago a really good idea hit me and I've been adding to it and writing tons of notes and I've been talking to publishing companies about it. Well about a week ago my friend was saying she was writing a book (she hates writing, copy's most of my english papers) and when I asked her what it was about it was the same idea for my book, I feel really hurt because this is my idea, and I don't want her stealing it, after I found out she was writing her own book I stole the rough draft I gave her so she wouldn't be able to steal any details I had made. What should I say to her??
