What should i do first (cut my hair or dye it)?

I don't know what's the best thing to do ,
the thing is i want to dye my hair by myself and then cut it
somewhere .
i know if i cut then dye i would save more color for my hair (so it would be enough)
but then if i cut it first the hairstylist would blow dry my hair and make it some style and that would go all to waste .

I want to get a perm and highlights. I want to get one then wait a few weeks and get the other. I don't want to have a lot of chemicals in a my hair at one time. I don't know what SQ3R means, but the options are clearly pointing toward that as the right answer.

Gimmicky names aside, you should scan over the headings, the pictures, intro or followup questions for the unit. You know, get an idea of what it's about, what you're supposed to get out of it, how long it's going to take you - sort of make a mental outline of the unit. If it's an entire textbook, I tend to browse the table of contents first, then look over some sample chapters to see how stuff is laid out. If you see comprehension questions at the end of each chapter, for example, you know you should look them over before you do your reading.
