Annoying Coworker?
Anyone else work with an annoying coworker they can't stand?!? About 6 months ago we hired a outside marketing person here in my office... first off let me just say this office is small and everyone gets along great, practically family! Then we hired.... HER. She's freaking psycho! She's always here when we've been told she is supposed to be on the road... She is loud, obnoxious, bossy... she needs constant attention... for example is she creats a memo, she walks around the office showing everyone "said" memo and exclaims "I made this!" when it's just plain text...? huh? Now everyone complains about her but they kiss her butt in front of her face because she runs off and tells the boss every little detail...that is none of her concern. So all in all... what's the best way to work with someone you detest?? How will I survive!?!?!?

Yeah , the people I work with just annoy me and make me angry. How can I deal with this?? I LOVE my job, i just can't stand some of the employees who work with me. any advice to make things easier?
How do you deal with annoying coworkers that are never wrong?
The educational experience is considered to be worthless when compaired to years of service; as my coworkers have at least 7 years here. If the enviornment did not want new blood, then why bring it in? On a normal day after my revelation, I keep quite and keep documenting the corrections; my boss wants me to fix them quietly without anyone knowing. But if I miss one, then all he__ breaks loose. Go figure; it doesn't help that my coworkers try and keep the stuff from me, as they do nothing wrong.

I have this coworker who acts friendly when everyone else is around, but no one is there she ignores me. Not only that, she's that way with all the women at work but is very friendly with the guys. And she already is engaged so I don't know why she'd do that!
How to deal with an annoying co-worker?
i have to work with this woman who basically acts like she's better then the rest of us. even though we work in different departments, she gets on my nerves when i have to go to her area. like she'll say things like "i never over cook my food. it always sells out. there's never anything left over." i've been working at this store for 2 1/2 years and there is always some of the deli food left over no matter who cooks it. other co-workers don't even eat the food when this lady makes it because for example her corn dogs are like rubber. one of my friends will not get lunch when ever she's working because she treated her poorly last time. and on monday a guy asked my ex if the car wash was open or not. this annoying lady was trying to tell him "don't go to the one here. it sucks and the one in my town is cheaper, and always open." she lives like 10 miles away. so to drive that far, use the gas, just to save like a quarter is stupid. and she didn't care that my ex who owns the car wash in town was standing right there. i know the boss won't do anything if i complain because she's the manager in her department. but she's so annoying to be around. how do i deal with her when half the time i want to kill her?
Songs to deal with annoying coworkers?
Okay so we all have that list of songs that helps us get over a breakup, but what about dealing with coworkers that really p*ss you off. I need a list. The only one I can think of off the top of my head is Pink's "Stupid Girls." Keep in my as your thinking about the list--that I'm a girl and the coworker I'm annoyed with is a girl. We're both in our 30's so we're not really "girls" but you get the idea. For some background on the problems I'm having--see my questions--I think I titled the question How to deal with an annoying coworker. I'm need to make a playlist of songs that empower me and make her look like an idiot. Is that horrible? I don't know--music helps me deal with stuff. Thanks a bunch.
How to deal with an LAZY / Annoying CO-WORKER?!?!?
You need to go about it in a professional manner. Schedule a private meeting with your boss/manager and bring the concerns up in a professional way. Note that this is behavior you have noticed for awhile and you not only think it affects the way you work, but it affects the entire staff and therefore is not produtive to the company. This should trigger a meeting with the manager and the annoying co-worker, he will likely receive a write-up or a "verbal warning." Every company has a different policy when it comes to dealing with non-productive workers. And if he screws up stuff like you say he does, then his work will speak louder then anything else you can do. Just bring the matter to the attention of the manager.
