What To Do With Info On A Product As A Major Remarking Idea

What exactly is General Remarks mean?

General Remarks is the boss of Major Alteration.

Joking aside, general remarks is a sort of short-form, condensed writing to give a capsule review of the atmosphere in a country. For instance, I might say (quoting Ken Keeler) that the French are cheese eating surrender monkeys, and use that as a general remark for France and the French.

Or, I could say that the primary form of communication in Australia is screaming, because of all the dangerous wild life.

Or, I might say that it's amazing how much coffee the Dutch must be drinking with all the coffee shops in Amsterdam.

What are the best practises for remarketing in AdWords for an ecommerce website?

While there are a lot of best practises that apply to general remarketing campaigns, here are the some around segmenting alone from experience that I have seen deliver great results primarily 1) Segment remarketing lists by duration: Instead of throwing ads at everyone who is in your remarketing list, test running different campaigns based on say 90, 60 and 30 days. If you already know the time lag between repeat visits use that or test a few durations. Not only does it positively impact ad ROI it will also give you insights in purchase behavior which you can then use to plan other campaigns2) Segment remarketing lists at each stage of the funnel and bid accordingly: Create remarketing lists for every page in the funnel (products page, pricing page, checkout page etc.).a) Bid Adjustment: It is common knowledge that someone who visited the "check out" page and left without completing is more valuable than someone who visited the product page alone. So, for remarketing campaigns targeting people on the lower funnel bid aggresively and bid a little lower for people still in the upper funnel.3) Customized Banners for remarketing campaigns: A big mistake made by clients often is to run with the same banners as prospecting campaigns. The folks on your remarketing list have already shown some interest in your brand/product. Incentivize them by offering discounts, special bonuses by creating specific banners. Also helps you measure the impact of remarketing campaign much better.4) Exclude Converters but figure out the duration: There is a good chance that your remarketing lists also include people who actually completed a transaction. Most marketeers exclude these convereters from the remarketing campaigns. While it is a great way to reduce wasted spend, it is important to exclude these converters only across a specific duration to ensure repeat purchases. For e.g. if you sell coffee and know that customers would need their refill once every month, exclude convereters from last 30 days only so you can get in front of customers who bought from you more than 30 days ago and are likely to purchase coffee again

What idea or suggestion did a co-worker give at a meeting that made you seriously question their competence or ability to do the job?

Whilst working as a training manager in a care setting one of the night staff said she was putting trash bags in an incontinent person's bed at night so she did not have to change his sheets. I told her she was not doing this and she told me she was allowed to do it in the last care home she worked in so could do it at this one. I told her in no uncertain terms that this was not happening and explained the obvious fact that this person could smother if the bags came up over his face, amongst other reasons, and that we actually have purpose made products for the purpose of keeping the bed dry. She informed me that she was going over my head to complain to my manager and get permission. I told her to go ahead and do that and if my manager gave her permission I would hand in my resignation on the spot and report them both to the governing body. Needless to say that was the last night she worked in that home.
