Why does Romeo say wise men have no eyes?
in Act 3, Scene 3. Romeo: Yet “banishèd”? Hang up philosophy! Unless philosophy can make a Juliet, Displant a town, reverse a prince’s doom, It helps not, it prevails not. Talk no more. Friar: Oh, then I can see madmen have no ears. Romeo: How should they, when that wise men have no eyes? I think Friar is telling Romeo he's being crazy and he should just listen to what he's saying. Is Romeo saying Friar doesn't understand what Romeo's going through? Thanks :D

People say I have sad eyes. My older sisters don't. My mother died when I was born and after that my dad remarried twice. I don't think having a new mom really affected me. I got along with them so well. I think I had a good childhood. When I'm not smiling and have my normal face, people say "why are you so depressed?" I say what and they say "your eyes" Is this normal. How come I have sad eyes?

How to react if someone says you have small eyes?
I recently went to lunch with my friend & a couple of his friends whom I didn't know. They tried to be insulting with me saying that I have small eyes etc. I just smiled, but inside I was about to ****** punch them. I stayed quite as I didn't want to create a scene, I mean wtf, they were no Brad Pitt (by any stretch of imagination) & I could have insulted them back by pointing out a couple of things that were so obvious about them. But I thought I ain't gonna meet these freaks ever again & they are my friends friends , meeting after a long time & I shouldn't create awkwardness. But I really felt bad & feel bad right now also, I give back if someone says something to me. But this has happened another time too when a old uncle said that I have small eyes, again I reacted the same way, smiling & trying to avoid any awkwardness. I know I have small eyes. How should i react, I don't feel good if I don't say anything back. When I was younger, I used to fight & that stopped anyone from saying anything.
