From the new EPF portals the UAN gets generated instantly. Only members with first time employment need the UAN to be generated. The Employer may ask the Employee to fill Form-11 to collect all the details of the Employee to avoid possibility of any error.The Employer has to enroll his fresh Employee through the new Unified Employer Portal.
