What Type Of Music Box Is This

How can I look up the name of a tune on a music box?

You might check out this video. Seems like it would help you pretty quickly if it’s not some really obscure music box. Here is the website described in the video:http://www.musicboxattic.com/lis...If it’s a classical piece of music, this site might help:Tune or melody LookupHope you find your answer!

Can you custom make a music box?

Yes you can, but...it would be a little tricky to get right. Music boxes are made in factories around the world everyday. You could try the searchbar, type in: Maufacturers/musicbox/mechanisms/parts.

The mechanism part youre looking for actually falls under the title of "clockworks" So if you dont have any luck with that, try using that word in your search instead.

Then of course theres another idea. Have the piece of music recorded on a synthesizer using a music box tone and just burn it onto a cd or download it to your phone or whatever. It's much easier and cheaper to do.

Anything is possible.

You can find anything in the search bar, even type the whole question in.

What is some eerie music box music?

I know this doesnt exactly answer the question, but its a similar theme to what you are asking - a spooky piece of music in an situation where the exact opposite is expected.I recently heard an Ice Cream van song that was different than the ones I usually hear. Around here there are a few different tunes that you hear occasionally wafting on the wind. Popeye The Sailor Man and She’ll Be Coming Round The Mountain. I imagine in other areas and other countries the songs will be different, but they usually all share a common theme, they are lively jaunty tunes, happy and kid-friendly.But the theme I heard recently sent a shiver down my spine, and im not 100% sure exactly why. The song was “Teddy Bears Picnic”. Of course, ice cream vans melodies have no lyrics just music, but if it’s a song you know you cant but help singing along to it (either in your head, under your breath or out loud, but the point it you are instantly aware of the words). If you don’t know the song, here are the lyrics:If you go down in the woods todayYou're sure of a big surpriseIf you go down in the woods todayYou'd better go in disguise! For every bear that ever there wasWill gather there for certainBecause today's the day theTeddy Bears have their picnic……As you can see, it is definately a song for children. It doesn’t have any rude words or adult themes. So why does it creep me out. Im not really sure. Maybe the melody is not as jolly or happy than the ice cream vans I usually here. Maybe it’s the first few lines. Why shouldn’t we go to the woods today? What sort of suprise? Maybe the song was simply written in a simpler, more innocent time. But the world we live in now but in today’s world it could be a little more sinister. What is happening in that wood, some drug deals, some sexual assault, or something equally scary?I know I’m reading too much into it, and im just being stupid. But every time I hear that music, that song, it sends shivers down my spine. As far as im concerned that song is creepy, and nothing you can do or say can convince my brain that it’s not.

What is a music figurine called? (Not a music box)?

It is a music box because it is mounted on a box or base that contains the mechanism that rotates the figure and plays the music. In one type of music box there is a key that must be wound for the music to play, usually with a larger spring that plays for a longer time, while the figure that is twisted has a ratchet so you can wind the spring and not have the figurine spin violently but turn slowly with the music. In my experience, music boxes with the figures inside the box are relatively rare.

I wanted to buy my boyfriend a music box...?

for Christmas. We have this kind of inside thing with music boxes. Not a girly one or anything. He IS a little more of a gentle type. I thought that it would be pretty cool if it was a really neat box with a fun tune. What do you think?

I want to know whether or not there is a music box with the exact same song from The Conjuring and looks like the music box from the movie. If they don't then I want to know if more than one of those music boxes were made in the past and is still being sold.

What is the meaning of a musical jewelry box as a gift?

A music jewerly box as a gift is not common at all, espically from someone of the opposite gender.A music jewerly box represents so much in so many levels. Consider the music played. Consider the decoration of the box itself. It represents nostalgia, memories and it can only come from a person who only has the purest and most sincere of hearts.A music jewerly box is beautiful. It does not demand. It is natural, gracious and freeing. It is there when you need it. It could be even descibed as a piece of the giver's soul.It is also detached, unaffected by the contents you put into it. It does not hold onto anything. It is a timeless item where the jewerly are just the passerby while the box itself is a home. It is that significant. It represents the giver's heart, with no expectation of what you put into it. It will continue playing it's music when you wind it up and stop whenever you want it to, while always being there, just for you.It represents pure love, and it last generations. The music box is symoblic to something you can lean on when the giver is not around. If you received this from your partner. He/she really really really loves you.If you recieved this from a potential partner, then.. Wind me up, wind me up! Don't let that music stop! You have found yourself a soulmate. Put your heart in the box and let the music flow! You just have to open the box.Now the next question is what would you put into the giver's heart, home and soul that has been unconditionally offered to you?I wish someone would give me a music jewerly box..
