What Video Game S Do You Enjoy Just As Much Or More Watching Instead Of Playing

Which is worse watching tv or playing video games?

The subject is actually only just being really looked at. Some early examinations show that modern kids have strong mental capacities in some regards than previous generations because of both video games and TV. But they're also finding other capacities are diminished. So its not that current kids are smarter, but that they've undergone a bit of a trade-off in what they're good at. Here's one brief online blog or whatever that talked about it, http://www.infopackets.com/news/technolo...

In TV vs Video Games I would imagine it depends on the type of video game. Those addictive online ones like WoW or that one that was the big hit before WoW, are well frankly bad. They are just too addictive and create bad social reasoning in people. Or things like the Sims or Second Life, again because they stunt people in very bad ways. But just general games, like FPS or sports games, vs TV, I think its hard to find much difference between the two. So again, it depends what kind of games you're talking about.

But at the end of the day, I think you should just be happy your parents care enough to try to do what they think is right to raise you better (regardless of whether they are right or wrong on the topic). There are frankly situations out there where parents just let technology raise their kids. Sounds like yours are caring enough to not let that happen. It won't hurt you to have to wait till you are out of the house to play more video games. It might be frustrating, but it won't be bad for you at least.

Which is better, watching movies or playing video games?

Neither! If you respect your life and see yourself living larger than life, then please rethink if you really wish to risk binge watching or playing.Unless you’re planning to become a professional gamer or your’re too rich to care about time; don’t bother looking for more options beyond social media or YouTube.Watching TV for long hours has immediate effects on your ability to think sharp and being creative. Even an hour of watching video when you’re commuting to work can make you less productive at job. TV series & webisodes are worse at keeping you pacified. While playing video games has its own addictive end. Once you get hooked, it will drain you of all the free time and make it less fun to go to work.Of course there are gamers who will disagree with me; but there are no doubts on the human nature to seek and attach itself with amusing options. So, if you really wish to play something, then try Sudoku or any engaging option that challenges you to go sharp. Or if you wish to watch videos, don’t go for movies; instead look for short & inspiring videos on YouTube or just listen to podcast and focus on work. Not even Netflix.

Is it normal for my husband to play video games and watch cartoons on a regular basis?

The video games I can deal with, because he plays Madden football on the Playstation. I have dated several guys who did that. Although I think it's a bit immature, I feel it's justified because they are playing sports games. However, when it comes to cartoons I have never in all my days of life seen an adult watch cartoons like my husband. I mean, I like cartoons myself and watch them from time to time. Especially the older ones like Pink Panther, Flinstones, Jetsons and Tom & Jerry.

But my husband tunes in to Sponge Bob, Dexter's Labaratory, Fairly Odd Parents, and whatever else he can find every single day. He takes his snacks to wherever he's going to watch TV, usually in the living room, and he goes to town. He dunks cookies in milk and still drinks the milk out of the cereal bowl. It's almost like he goes into child mode or something. He is literally wrapped up in the cartoon too. It's like he's mesmorized with Sponge Bob.

Again, I like cartoons too but gees!
