I can see only question no. 12Velocity is relative we can say when we take 1 body at rest and the other one moving. In your ques. A is moving with 2m/s and B is moving with 10m/s, now it is completely ok if I say B is moving 8m/s RELATIVE to A and A can be considered in a resting state. So B(moving with 8m/) will meet after (distance 8+8+8=16m, speed 8m/s, time=3sec) 3 sec. Hope that helped.
