What phone do you have right now and why?
Samsung Galaxy S5.Waterproof. Very few phones have this interesting feature. From Apple, only the newest, prohibitive iPhone 7 has it. And S5 is fully waterproof, not just protected against spills. It's great to spend hours in a pool without losing contact with the world, while taking beautiful underwater pictures.Full HD, AMOLED screen. It helps saving battery and the image quality is stunning.SD slot. 128GB ready to use, at an affordable price.Very cheap to repair (except for display issues, since AMOLED screens are expensive by default).Powerful processor and a respectable amount of RAM.Great camera (IMO, a lot better than iPhone 6’s).Replaceable battery. I can carry a spare or two in my pockets (those iPhone-designed battery packs are just impractically huge) and keep it going for days away from a wall outlet.Updateable through LineageOS. The system is very light and frees up a lot of internal space. For those who like TouchWiz, Samsung won't port Nougat to it, but still releases updates to this day.Fully charges a depleted battery in less than 2 hours. 15-minute charges can keep the phone working for up to 3 hours.Unlike S4, it is a very dependable phone. I'm on my second (the first one broke the screen after falling and I thought it would be better to buy a secondhand spare). Neither of them had any hardware issue.It's a flagship, so it will have easy support as long as it works from almost any dealer, if not from Samsung.Double SIM capability on selected models (once again beating iPhone).And I didn't even mention fingerprint detection, NFC, heartbeat sensor, infrared and other cool features that I don't use.I'm keeping my S5 until an alternative with all its features from LG or Samsung comes around.
