Whats A Good Flat Black Spray Paint To Us On Fabric

Can spray paint be used on fabric?

I did it for curtains for a dorm room. Regular spray paint (well, fluorescent …; don't ask!) on some kind of textured curtain fabric, most likely polyester / acrylic of some kind. It lasted for a year anyway. Then I grew up a little.

How to remove spray paint from nylon fabric jacket ?

1st you need to know what base is the spray paint that is on your jacket, water, oil, alcohol. Then apply that solvent to the oversprayed garment. Remember to use a little at a time. Solvent that is. There is no guarantee that the solvent you use will not harm your garment so beware. Oil base solvents seems to come clean the best. Sometimes you also have to let the solvent sit on the oversprayed paint to allow it to work....good luck

Should I Spray Paint My G-shock (Watch)?

painting your watch may ruin it but if your watch resists water , I recommend that :
buy a daniel smith watercolor ground , with it you can paint on almost any surface .

and put it on your watch like the video and let it dry , use a brush to do that (buy a normal brush not very good quality ) I recommend a flat brush .

and paint it with your brush , use water because it is watercolor .
buy any color you want and don't buy a big tube only a small tube 5 ml if you have or 15 ml .

Can I Spray Paint Binders?

I think you can but I think the binders are NOT PLASTIC but are vinyl

http://www.ehow.com/how_7853581_paint-vi...

that is a link to tell you some hints on painting images on vinyl binders..

so this could be applied to painting the whole surface of the binder..

notice that after you paint the binder you MUST put a finishing spray on it...

I would suggest looking into a hobby shop for paints that stick to vinyl ... although you might look online or with a general paint shop..

http://www.infarrantlycreative.net/2012/...

this is a website showing the paints used for painting vinyl shutters .. that would be similar paint that you would like I think but you might contact the paint company krylon they seem to have the best plastic and vinyl paints..

Hope that helped a bit..

you will have to find the finishing spray too.. that will be important on any project such as a binder that will need to be handled and will get wet ... and in contact with desks.. you dont want to leave a smudge of black paint on your white pants or jeans or white top...

How do I spray paint my exterior metal front door?

I would not recommend using spray paint on an exterior door. The quality of most spray paint is not up to the job. and when it wears around the handles, it will be difficult to repair. I use automotive sealers tinted to the color I need when, I paint an exterior door. It is not cheap but, its practically bullet proof.
That being said, if you cannot be convinced not to do this, I would remove the door, remove the handle, and put it on something solid. If it is not real hot do it out in the sun. Clean the door throughly with an all purpose cleaner. Scuff sand the areas you want to paint with 500 grit sand paper, or a grey Scotch Brite pad. Aggressive sanding with coarse paper is not necessary, and not recommended. You need only to dull the surface. Use care to avoid sanding through. Clean the surface with wax and grease remover, (bug and tar remover will work in a pinch). Use 2 rags, 1 to apply the cleaner and 1 to remove it. repeat until all the dust is gone and the door is clean. The door is ready to be wiped with a tack rag and painted. No primer is necessary, steel doors are shipped in primer. leave it in the sun to "bake" as long as possible, move to shade and allow to cool before reinstalling.

First car, want to paint it flat black myself, is it possible?

Painting a car flat black is just as complicated as spraying a color if you want it to look good. If you want cheap, sand the whole car with 400 grit sandpaper and buy a bunch of spray cans and spray away. It'll look like crap, but it'll be black. If you want to do it right, sand the whole car with 400 grit, using a primer gun, spray some black primer, wet sand between coats until you get the look you want. You can always check Maaco, they'll do it cheap and it will look decent. One thing to remember...Black will show every ding on the car. Don't forget that you need to mask the car to prevent over spray (tape and paper), you need tack cloth to clean it after sanding, and you need paint prep to clean the car right before you spray. You also really need guidance from someone who has done this, or at least buy a book that shows step by step.
