Whats The Average Height For A 14 Year Old And Weight And How Tall I

Average height/weight for a 14 year old girl?

Yes! you are at a completely average height for your age. 5'4" to 5'5" is the average height for a full grown female. Your weight is not average, but if your parents are both very slim and you eat plenty, I don't see reason for you to worry at this point. However, once you are done growing, you'll probably want to consider gaining weight, because it maximizes the function of your organs to have a healthy amount of fat on your body. My brother's girlfriend is the same weight, but an inch shorter, and the hospital staff has told her it would help her recovery (from an odd baterial infection that made her very sick) to gain weight. She wants to gain weight, too, but it is very difficult. I know it is difficult for you, too, but if you could gain weight then it would be best.

Average height and weight for a 14 year old girl?

I would definately not worry. The problem with those years is that in puberty, things are very erratic. In fact, there's a period that girls are expected to be taller than boys, simply because they are having growth spurts sooner.

Something you've simply got to remember is that there is no clock or timer that says when a person is going to just grow. For example, most of my friends got fairly tall around 13 or 14, while I didn't get my growth spurt until 15-16 (I was 142 cm before it, and I'm a male!), and wasn't finished growing even then.

Basically, don't worry about a thing. At these ages, things vary greatly from person to person, and you're just fine. And really, 152cm wouldn't be too terribly short for a fully grown woman, even. The average American woman, atleast, fully grown is 163-164cm.

And as far as weight goes, you are probably pretty thin, but definately not unhealthy. Just eat normally and let your body do what it will for the next few years, and take solice in knowing that you won't have to go through puberty again.

Hope this helped some!

Whats the average weight for a 14 year old?

I loved to play ball, and for the first time in my life, I'm actually useful, at a ballgame, instead of just a big stationary person, that maybe if the ball comes within this range, I might get it. I was wearing-I'd always wore XX kind of jersey. And then I went down to medium. And then the medium was too big, that it's coming down here.

So I'm wearing a rockin' outfit, and I'm making a play, and the guy stops, beans it in the face 'cause he says, "Look at your body. You're rockin' hard." And that was the first time I had ever gotten a compliment like that in my whole life.

Whats the average height for a 13/14 year old Girl?

so i'm guessing that you are a freshman in high school....

uhhhh.... average height of girls in my statistic class of 200 was about 5'6(college) Girls growth sprouts won't end until you hit your mid 20's so there's plenty of time to grow. don't go on diets because you lessen your intake of necessary nutrients and vitamins thus hindering what's needed for growth.
don't worry too much about physical appearance(although important in high school but not so important 4 years later in the real world) everyone is still growing in high school, no one looks like those actors on TV's that are in their mid 20's. just get that high GPA and SAT score and you'll be fine

your max height will prob be a couple of inches taller then your parents

What is the average weight for a 14-year-old boy?

If you’re 64.5 inches (5.375 feet) tall, then the average weight is 112 pounds. The ratio of weight to height is approximately 1.75 , so on average, for every inch tall a 14-year-old boy is, they should way 1.75 pounds. Now that I’ve answered your question, let me give you some advice. Don’t worry about your weight, unless you’re below 6′, aren’t muscular, and weigh upwards of 140 pounds. If you match that description, talk to your doctor. However, if you don’t match that description, do not worry about your weight. Most people truly don’t care too much about other people, because they’re busy worrying and caring about themselves. I’m a 13 year old boy, and it’s pretty hard for me to remember that and not worry about what other people think of me. However, when I do, I’m usually glad.8/10 times, when someone who is not your friend worries or judges you for your weight, they’re not worth your time or care. This goes for most things people are judged on in life.If you’re very scrawny and weigh below 70 pounds, you should talk to your doctor. However, if you’re asking this because you weigh 125 pounds and you’re worried you’re fat, stop worrying. You’ll grow into that fat, and if you exercise and eat healthy (notice I said eat healthy, not starve yourself), you’ll lose weight. If you’re asking this because you weigh 95 pounds and are worried you’re ugly, eat more, and eat more protein and drink more milk. You’ll put on bulk fast, and if you exercise a lot, you’ll put on muscle too.If you skipped past my advice, fine. I respect that; that’s why I gave you an answer, and put it at at the top of my answer. But if you made it this far, thanks, and please, please, remember: The secret to happiness is trying hard and not giving a shit if you fail.
