Whats The Next Step In This

Whats the next step up after a CNA ?

Nursing is not a "step stone" type of career.

One is not required to be a CNA prior to becoming an LPN/LVN, nor is being an LPN required to become an RN.

What she might be referring to is a position in an extended care facility (NOT in a hospital) that is a QMA..."Qualified Medication Aide". It's for CNA's that take a course, pass a test, then are allowed to pass certain daily meds to residents in the nursing home...freeing up the LPN/LVN and RN for other tasks. Not all states recognize this position and not all nursing homes do either.

Some may include Medical Assistant, but it's more of the entry-level allied health position since the skills taught and utilized are more geared towards a clinic/office setting than an in-patient facility and really aren't considered "nursing".

What's the next step after sex?

Continue being a couple. Work things together. Manage family and
grow old together. (Live happily ever after?). Not a joke, seriously.
Things make not work well all the time, but solve it together.

What's the next step up from an RN?

Nurse Practitioner - currently it is a minimum of a Masters of Science in Nursing to be able to get certification as an NP. You choose a focus (Adult, Pediatric, Psychiatric, Women's Health, Neonatal, Geriatric, Family, etc.) and it's about 3 years to complete the degree.

Certified Nurse Midwife and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) also have minimum requirements of MSN but for all of the above, including NPs, there is discussion about making the minimum requirement a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP). A DNP is another 2-3 years beyond the MSN. There was a long standing rumor that the changeover would take place in 2015, however I'm currently in an MSN NP program and my school has repeatedly assured us that there is no way all the state boards of nursing and all the MSN level education programs can change over in the next 3 years. The 2015 had been a goal, but that goal will absolutely not be met nationally. But it might still be coming down the line. There is still a lot of discussion about it.

There are also Clinical Nurse Specialists, which are similar to NPs but they often find themselves more in research related or maybe policy-creating positions rather than doing direct patient care. This is also an MSN degree.

Nurse Educators work in nursing programs training new nurses, developing the curriculum based on national standards, creating the evaluation methods, mentoring students, etc. Also requires a minimum of an MSN to be assistant faculty at a college, many larger institutions will require the Nurse Educator to hold a PhD in Nursing (similar to a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in terms of length, but focused on research, education, administrative aspects of nursing rather than patient care).

So what your 'label' or title is depends on which path you end up choosing and what certifications you achieve after you graduate. You aren't an NP just because you graduate - you have to pass a certification exam in order to use that title.

What is my next step in life?

Maybe...Find something you like to do.Don't worry about being excellent at it. Doing your best (and making money with it of course) is the real point. Many people worry about excellence but this is a very relative thing. You can make friends at any time not thinking at it. Of course there is the ones you will have for a few hours, for a few years or for the life. But if you think that each of them is valuable you still can spend good time with them not thinking of futur. However,  whatever anyone can say here,  it is not possible to know you enough to be anything other than inspiration. If you search for more advanced advice you may also speak to people it is the job to understand and help.

Andrew Ng: What's the next steps after your ML course?

I have just completed the ML course by Prof Ng after 7 months of following it. Immediately after completing, I felt like the course is a really good stepping stone for further ML practice. Hence, I already laid out my plans to extend the course:Take Learning From Data (Introductory Machine Learning) by Caltech. It’s a class that is similar to Andrew Ng’s ML class: similar ML algorithms are taught and the algorithms are also implemented in Matlab. According to the instructor, the course mimics the real course at Caltech, with assignments only have 1 try. By taking this course and having taken Andrew Ng’s course, I’d like to see how solid my understanding of ML algorithms and their implementation is. Two is always better than one. ;) Week 1 starts on Sep 24! So enroll fast.Complete Statistical Learning on Stanford Lagunita . This course teaches the statistical perspectives for most of the learning algorithms taught in Prof Ng’s ML course (except Neural Nets). It’s not hard, but it’s certainly good.Looking forward to Neural Networks for Machine Learning - University of Toronto | Coursera by Prof. Hinton. This course will extend the knowledge and understanding about NNets, some of which Prof Ng’s ML course has provided.A challenging one: implementing all the programming assignments for Stanford ML course using R and Python, preferably with minimal use of packages like scikitlearn. Well, I’m not sure how long this is gonna take, but it is surely a step to strengthen both my ML coding and understanding. An even more challenging one: do the ML course (also by Andrew Ng) on the Stanford SEE website . This is the open courseware of the on-campus Stanford ML course, hence it is much more challenging than the Coursera one. This probably will be the most challenging task that I’d like to complete.

I'm in love with a girl. What's the next step?

(Sorry for the language, I might be different because I have observed all this being a guy and what I know is pretty much what we guys do.)First of all stop stalking her, stop being a jerk by just eyeing her every danm path she’s on, stop observing her with the lust of bed. The following things to be done on a genuine manner;1 Compliment her for her Beauty and Acts (not unnecessarily),2 Observe her likings and disliking,3 Respect her and her decision and guide her Only if she requires (don't end up bein into Friendzoned),4 Approach her and tell everything truly,5 Don't compell her to like or even to love you,6 It's a feeling which can be develop also,7 Be a True Gentleman (not for the sake of it),8 Be Fit, Punctual, Mastykhor, Romantic, Always new and full of Surprises, Lovable, etc. What you are and you both love into,9 Regard her with your expression and body language (Which is natural.),10 Try to learn and under NO, it is her decision on every part or stage of life, just except it,11 Try to impress or develop liking into her for you, if she's not into it, just move on search someone else.Good luck!

What’s the next step in Virtual reality?

First off, technology-wise, the next step is the ability to render a fully-jointed body in VR. The ability to see your body in a virtual world is the biggest part of immersing yourself in it.However, the first step that should be made, before anything else, is to maximize optimization for the hardware.Optimization is the biggest hurtle for Virtual Reality at the moment. Many systems don’t have the capability for Virtual Reality, and the ones that do are expensive as Hell to produce or build.Ultimately, it comes down to one issue. Cost.Virtual Reality is simply too expensive to be a viable option in the market. Even before the cost of the VR hardware itself, the technology required to run it is extremely expensive. For example, it would cost me over $300 minimum to upgrade my $400 PC to be even close to VR-ready. Granted, many people can get cheaper prices for builds, but the mainstream market doesn’t have that option. In addition to the $800-$1,000 cost for the hardware required to run it, you also have to pay for the headset and accessories themselves. The original HTC Vive, running at $499, is the cheapest option the company gives.Let me repeat that. The hardware itself costs almost as much as a decent gaming PC!And that’s the cheapest option! The same company released the Vive Pro, an improvement on the original design, for $799!Just for the headset! The starter kit, including the Pro headset, two Vive controllers, and two room-scale sensors, costs upwards of $1,098The Vive’s biggest competitor, Oculus, isn’t much cheaper; with their starter pack, including the headset and sensor, costing $399. Without controllers.Yeah. VR is expensive. The first step, should VR companies want the market to become more mainstream, is to reduce the cost on the customer. This means optimization, making VR work well on lower-end systems, and reducing the cost of the hardware themselves. So yeah. Let’s hope VR does get cheaper.

Whats the next level after kissing?

The whole tongue things comes in very swiftly when you least expect it, It's in our nature to express our love, or lust for the significante other when we get all hot and bothered.

1 of 2 ways to approach this:

1. Do you want to play the aggressive one and be in control? or
2. Do you want him to play the "fragile" one that would get a kick out of seeing him feel like he's in control?

Either way, you have to know what you limits are and how far you're willing to let him go.

Answer:

Scenario 1. Suck the lower lip gently and passionately, breath hard and slowly on him, and as his lip is in your mouth caress it with your tongue from side to side, nibble on it and then release and repeat with the upper lip. Once you let go, flicker the tip of your tongue between his lips and he'll go crazy. Works everything!!!

Scenario 2: Suck the lower lip gently and passionately, breath hard and slowly on him, and as his lip is in your mouth..... touch his lips with your tongue and pull back, then move on to kissing him with the same passion on this chin, neck, and suck his earlobe in the same manner and it won't be long till HE shoves his tongue down your throat.

How do I know what is the next step in my life?

Well, it is quite tough question to be answered. Because majority are in that list. Whoever knows that step ahead, only those few becoming popular. When you ask that question in yourself that is first step that you are being different than others. For instance, there are 2 best friends. Both honored by same graduation and from same university. One fine day , friends are walking on road. Both of them joined in corporate company. Jason (lets call Friend 1) and Mark ( lets call Friend 2). Jason very happy person and wants to make good friends always but Mark is just contrast to him. Never talks with new people.Since they worked in corporate company, their manager always wants needy talk to him. Jason every single day say hai to manager and get recognized. Though mark is better than Jason in doing works, since Mark don't talk , he was unnoticed always . As says flew, Jason stared getting promotion and 2 steps above than Mark.Mark asked this to Jason. Jason responded him stating that Mark changed always happen who wants to see change. Per Mark , he is happy with what he got. So , he could not go forward and stayed where he is. Jason always need new things in his life. So , he got them.Lets start dreaming and do not stop just dreaming , take necessary actionWrite down in note , today what was new thing learnt or sawKeep note under your pillowMorning when you wake up first thing read them backAfter couple of weeks , if you repeatadly written certain thing everyday, underline itLearn more about underlined itemForget 2 years and start work for that underlined itemYou will see your next level if you truly followed and wanted to move next level
