First off, they're just called microdermals or dermal implants. Second, What? Third, yes - but as long as you're really careful I think you should be ok for awhile. It's not an issue with bumping so much as it is the skin moving when your boobs move. I've read that this is a piercing for women with smaller breasts, which kind of makes sense to me.
