Whats The Right Age To Take Testosterone Booster

Testosterone booster can stunt your height?

I am 18 years old (which is the minimum age to take this testosterone supplement). My doctor had told me at 18, my growth plates are still open, so I still have the potential to grow a couple inches. I want to take this testosterone supplement, because I want to increase muscle ( I have been working out for a year now). I have been told that increased testosterone can stunt your growth, causing your growth plates to close quicker, is this true?

Should I take a testosterone booster to gain muscle at the age of 38?

Well you can Google the potential side effects, which SOME users will get. Is that one in a 100 or one in a million I dunno- but it ain't everybody.Through my 30’s and early 40’s I used PED's I'm 60 shortly and no Ill effects…so far! But virtually the first word on juice use is : raisin nuts, bitch tits, heart problems. And sure SOME do get problems. Mostly from over use.You can boost testosterone naturally: 8 hrs sleep, fairly heavy dead lift, squats and bench press. And a good diet. The advantage of natural boosting V synthetic boosting is that ones gains stick around so long as one exercises.Juiced muscles fall off when you stop the juice. And whilst I've never used' herbal testosterone boosters' I guess that once one stops the gains go away, even if you carry on exercising.A few pints of beer is a risk. Driving your car is a bigger risk and a motorcycle a much bigger risk. Ditto taking ‘testosterone boosters'. Its a risk- but whether as big a risk as two beers or a bigger risk than a motorbike I can't answer.

I'm 18. Can I take testosterone boosters not for the testosterone but for the muscle recovery and better sleep?

Hello - Thanks for reaching out!For starters, I’m not a fan of folks below the age of 40 taking test boosters. As somebody who’s personally dabbled with these in the past, I can tell you that yes, muscle recovery will be very good. Sleep, I didn’t see much of an improvement in.The acne is really dependent on your hormone situation. Everybody’s different, but if your body’s already producing a good amount of testosterone naturally (if you’re an 18 year old male, the answer to that is a 99% yes), then there’s a very good chance you’ll develop acne while taking one.One thing I didn’t like when taking this was I was very moody. I was up and down, calm and irritable, and it was very inconsistent. To me, that’s scary, since your thoughts and your mindset are something you should be able to control. I felt like I’d lose control at random times, and I was on this stuff when I was 7–8 years older than you (so presumably, I had less testosterone naturally being produced than you do right now).Definitely weigh the pros and cons before trying this. There’s a lot more to it than just muscle recovery, sleep and acne.Coach Pete

Testosterone boosters for a 17 year old?

I'm a 17 year old male that's really skinny. Both of my parents were skinny at my age and the doctor said that due to my genetics, gaining muscle and getting bigger would be really difficult. I tried working out daily and maintaining a good diet but I saw no progress. A classmate suggested I take testosterone boosters as a way to help me get bigger. Do you think this would really help?

Is 15 too young to take testosterone boosters?

I know at my age I am still going through puberty (obviously) but i still feel too small. I am 110lbs, have been weight training for about a year now. I do have set diet, set workout schedule, supplements (whey protein, muscle juice, and N.O explode), and just to throw in there a part of my high school wrestling team. So can I take supplements to boost my testosterone level? The supplements are not steroids, they do not provide testosterone.

Also I do have a second question, a long with being "light" (my word for skinny, like fat girls when they say curvyey), i also feel I am too short. I am 5'4.5. And almost all of my x-gfs are the same height as me. So desperatete to grow taller, I looked online and found growth hormone supplements. Not human growth hormone like bodybuilders take. Anyways, am I too young too take this? It says there is no side effects, but I am still unsure. Or am I just really impatientnt? tell me what you think please.

Do natural Testosterone boosters work?

From corresponding with men who have taken testosterone boosters like Tribulus terrestris (tribuplex), the product elevated testosterone by 25 - 50 ng/dL at most. (The normal male range of total testosterone is 300-1000 ng/dL, depending on the lab's reference range.) This mild increase isn't sufficient to notice a difference. There are other products purported to increase free testosterone ("free" as in unbound to SHBG or albumin; some say free testosterone is that which can actually do the work) such as stinging nettle, but I have no experience or reports from others who've taken these products.

One respondent compared testosterone boosters to "steroids". Not all testosterone boosters are "steroids", nor do they all have the same effects/side effects. Tribuplex is not a steroid (it is not a hormone & more specifically, not derived from a cholesterol molecule).

I doubt that this product will make much of a difference. If it does what it claims & elevates LH signficantly (& also testosterone by extension), it might be best to not stay on it indefinitely to give your pituitary gland a break.

DHEA is another "testosterone booster" & is itself a legal hormone. It may elevate testosterone but may also elevate estrogen (it can convert into either hormone). At your age, I wouldn't dabble with it- right now, you probably have the highest level of testosterone that you'll have during your whole life.

To gain mass:
Aim for 1 g protein (whey, egg, whatever) per lb of body weight per day, eat plenty of fruits & vegetables, don't drink (too much) alcohol, have at least 1 gallon of water a day, get plenty of sleep, workout consistently, & use good form with adequate weight. You'll make gains that last.

Can a 16 year old take a testosterone booster?

My boyfriend also is into bodybuilding. He is on all types of supplements and works out all the time. Just recently he turned 17 and started using testosterone boosters. Everything was alright and he was happy to be bulking up faster. After a couple weeks i started to notice some side effects, like for example he was a bit more aggressive. We sat down and talked bout it and he decided to lower the dosage that he was taking.
Since then things hav been pretty good. He is still on the boosters but no aggressiveness since he changed the dosage. If you are seriously considering taking these at your age I wud recommend a low dosage. As a teenager, your testosterone levels are high anyway.

Can a 15 year old boy take testosterone boosters?

Hello I'm a 15 year old boy and I was wondering if I could take testosterone boosters.

I'm not exactly the picture of health but I'm healthy and I exercise often, usually I feel energetic and I need to get things done quickly but recently I have been tired all the time and calm as can be.

And I have been wanting to get more in shape than I am now.

Is it safe if I take these boosters, will there be any side affects that might stunt my growth or anything like that, and the kind of booster I was looking at was by pure power on amazon.

What are some good testosterone boosters? Or how can a male raise their testosterone levels?
