Whats wrong with my xbox 360 controller?
I've had this issue many times. On your battery pack on the outside, you'll notice a little metal prong. Try pulling it out a bit, away from the battery pack. Most of the time this will fix it. If that doesn't work, you can buy a replacement battery pack. I stepped on one and it completely broke, but I was about to buy one at http://www.geniusmods.com they don't have it on their site listed but if you call in or email them you can buy it directly I paid $5 for mine which included the shipping, but I also bought a controller from there so idk if I got a deal or what but you can always hit them up
Whats wrong with my Kinect for XBox 360?
Every time i turn on my XBox 360, my Kinect flashes a green light several times then turns red. When i try to activate it, a message pops up and says that i have to put it on level ground, so i do it and hit try again and immediately the message pops up again! Now i got my Kinect for Christmas of 2010 and i used it a lot for a while, then i had school so had to stop, now like its 4 months later and this happens! I didn't move it drop it or mod it like some people and it just doesn't work. I even tried putting it on various other level services, but nothing. It seems like no one else on the internet has this problem nor has anyone solved it. The website said it might've over heated but i cooled it off and still wont work. I unplugged it and even plugged it into different slots, but still nothing. When i plug it in the little warning message saying KINECT DETECTED PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ENOUGH ROOM AND TAKE BREAKS BLAH BLAH pops up but shortly after, the red light appears. Is this the RRD of Kinects? or is my Kinect really not level? SOMEONE HELP PLEASE
What is wrong with my xbox 360?
My xbox barley reads disks. It says reading for up to 4 seconds and makes a quick whoosh kinda noise then it says open try again. It doesnt even do that without a disk in it.How do I fix this?

I have the newest version of xbox 360 i have the one where the on button and the disk eject button are touch capacitive so you just have to lightly tap to turn it on- The other day i was playing with my plasma globe on my desk right next to my Xbox 360 and i noticed for some weird reason whenever i touched the plasma globe my Xbox 360 would turn on with me even touching the on button and when i touched the plasma globe again the Xbox would turn itself off And now even since that day when i was playing with my plasma globe the xbox keeps making the on off noise on its own it not turning itself on its just making the noise and whenever i want to turn it on or eject a disk the touch capacitive buttons dont respond and i cant turn it on to play it Im really confused and want to fix this as soon as possible doesnt anyone know what could be happening?
What happens when a Xbox 360 or Xbox One is used in China?
All 3 previous answers are just wrong, even back in 2014.I’ve several xbox360 and xboxone. They’re working well. Being Gold for many years. You can play/download/update smoothly, just like you did in the US. I’ve got both discs (genuine - not Chinese version) and digital games, a lot. Though not enough time to play them all.The only problem is sometimes you might get disconnected while enjoying, especially Battlefield series (3/4/1…). It’s not so bad while playing other brands - assume it’s an EA problem.For this instance, it’s working well in Beijing with China Unicom. No need for VPN (though I use VPN a lot for Google on my PC/mac).One last thing to mention: for xbox360, some games are NOT playable in China due to Microsoft region restrictions. Even for those games free for Gold memeber, I still cannot download it. However, for xboxone games, no limitations. For the Special version Xboxone sold only in China, DON’T BUY IT! It’s just piece of trash. You can easily get a genuine Xboxone during your travels abroad, or simply via Taobao/Amazon.
What does it mean when my Xbox controller is flashing?
It is meaning that it’s trying to tell you something depending on how it’s flashing.If it’s blinking constantly even though the XBox is on and you can’t do anything with the Xbox then it means it’s not able to sync with the Xbox for some reason.If this is the case then for Xbox One there are two solutions available…1 - Plug the controller into the Xbox using a USB to Micro-USB cable (any USB to Micro-USB cable will do) - once it connects you can then remove the cable2 - Press the “beacon style” button on the Xbox One and then the same button on the controller - the beacon button on the Xbox One original is located at the side of the console if you follow the disc drive silver front round to the side you’ll feel a few bumps right at the end of the silver bit, press that, if you have the more up to date Xbox One S and X they moved it to the front, just below the X logo to the left of the infra-red port. On the controller the beacon button is easier to find it’s between the LB and RB buttons next to the micro-usb connector.Sometimes this issue can happen if you’ve used your controller on another Xbox or you’ve plugged it into a PC to either charge it or use it as a PC controller as the Xbox automatically syncs to the last device it was used on.If it’s flashing occasionally then it’s a warning your battery is about to go flat.Xbox 360 also flashes if it can’t sync again the buttons look very similar with the beacon icon on the sync button on the 360 controller is in the same place as the Xbox One and on the 360 it’s a white button just below the Xbox360 logo on the front.
WHAT THE HELL is WRONG WITH MY XBOX 360?
First go to your 360 manual. Towards the back, there is a page that will tell you what different lights mean. If you have three red lights, it normally means that you would need to ship it in. It's been a long time, but I remember that I didn't plug my video cable in to the back of the system very well. I don't remember if the lights were red or green, but my system would not run. Check the manual, check all of your connections and if it still doesn't work call 800-4MY-XBOX. The technical support is great and if you need to send your 360 in for repairs, they get it back to you very quick. I was without mine for 2 weeks between waiting for the shipping box to arrive to me, 3 day shipping to them, and 3 day shipping back to me. After it was sent to the service center, they fixed it and sent it back to me on the same day. Also, if you bought the system before January 1, 2006, your repair costs will be covered by Microsoft whether you bought an extended warranty or not.

xbox 360 cords are called usb imports and to find one at a store would be extreamly difficult try finding one online try Creigslist I like that site alot.
Why are Wired XBox 360 controllers going up in price?
Is it just me, or do the Official Microsoft Wired Xbox 360 controllers going up in price? I bought one a few years ago, and was shocked it was $60. I think they were $60 when the system first came out over 10yrs ago. Today I check amazon, and now they're $90?!? What is happening here? There's alot of knock-offs that claim to be official for $30, but the reviews will tell you otherwise.
