Why does an email address have small letters only?

Suppose my mail ID is ashwani@google.com (it's not mine by the way) Now there are two parts domain name 'google.com' and your user name 'ashwani' Domain name is case insensitive, while your user name is case sensitive. When you send an email, firstly it is delivered to domain address. From there is is delivered to your username. This case sensitivity may create confusion (it means ashwani@google.com and Ashwani@google.com are two different mail addresses) To avoid this confusion mail IDs are generally in small case. But in case of providers like Gmail, yahoo, hotmail; they consider everything in small case. For them Ashwani@gmail.com is equivalent of ashwani@gmail.com

Why do email IDs have to be written in small letters only?

Email addresses don't have to be in lower case; the vast majority of mail servers will transfer an uppercase email / domain to a lowercase one (see Google). Lowercase is just the standard that was settled on.

What is cc and bcc used for when composing email?

'cc' stands for 'carbon copy' and means sending a copy of the same email to somebody. It is used to indicate that the email is mainly for the person who is in the 'To' box, but the 'cc' people may also like to see the email.

Note that in most software, if the receiver of an email clicks 'Reply to All' then it will go to all those in the 'To' box AND in the 'cc' box, but not to those in the 'bcc' box.

make it look officialish SEND IT REGISTERED MAIL, RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED that means they have to sign for it and you have legal proof of delivery. They will send you a card saying it was signed for. Save that and a copy of the letter. Very lawyer like. It will scare them and your sink will be fixed asap. I do it all the time.

above the text box where you type an email you find a tool bar. If it is not there then CLICK on RICH TEXT and PLAIN TEXT should appear with the tool bar.

2. Now click the font button (F, second in the toolbar) and u get the list of available fonts, select the one you desire.
3. you can also change the text size using the same toolbar.

well this is i how you change the font while composing an email. If you are asking about changing the fonts of entire yahoo email view try clicking on TOOLS at the top of your screen and then CONTENT. Depending what Yahoo you are in...IE:Firefox..you might have to click on Tools..Internet Options and then CONTENT...You can do many things with the FONT. You will have to experiment. Click on OK when done..
