How do I open a youtube account without a Google account?

You can not but you can —>Create a Private YouTube AccountOpen the YouTube sign-up screen, there are no opt-out options, so you’ll need to complete the sign-up process before you can delete your Google+ account, public profile, etc.To get started, log in to your new account and go to google.com.You should see your user name in the upper right.Click on your name and then click on the “Account” link from the drop-down.Here you’ll need to click “Delete profile and remove associated Google+ features”, which will take you to a screen where you’ll have 2 deletion options:Delete Google+ contentDelete your entire Google profileDelete your profile by clicking the “Edit profile” button, which will take you to a page that looks something like this:Scroll all the way to the bottom and click “Delete profile”:“Please note that deleting your public profile will not affect the status of your Google Account.”Clicking “Yes, delete my profile” won’t interfere with your ability to use YouTube.Once you’ve completed the process and returned to your account info page, you’ll see that the “Delete profile and remove associated Google+ features” language has been replaced by “Close entire account and delete all services and info associated with it”.This verifies that you’ve already deleted the profile and G+ features. The mention of losing YouTube data when you select the “Delete your entire Google profile” option is a little misleading because the loss relates strictly to Google+, so choosing this option is actually the way to go because it deletes the G+ account and the public profile all at once. For Private videos:Click the "Upload" button and select the video file you want to upload.Click the "Privacy Settings" drop-down menu and select "Private" to share the video with a maximum of 50 other YouTube users.Select "Unlisted" if you plan to share the link to the video with people who don't have YouTube accounts.

I signed into Google on a friends phone. Now he has all of my contacts and my calendar. How do I remove his device from my Google account.?

Your friend’s device will immediately lose access to your Google account if you follow the directions below.Note, it’s not only your contacts and calendar, but Drive, Email and everything else of yours in the Google-verse that your friend currently has access to (as well as full editing rights!)Log into your account on a computer or ChromebookClick on the round icon with your account profile image (top/right)Click the blue “My Account” buttonIn the “Sign-in & Security” box, click “Device activity & notifications”At the bottom of the “Recently used devices” box, click “Review Devices”Click on your friend’s phone, then the red “Remove” buttonBreathe a sigh of relief (and it couldn’t hurt to check your “sent mail” as well as Drive history depending on how much of a prankster your friend is)Alternatively, you could simply change your password — but in my experience, people absolutely hate that option

In a Youtube search, what determines the order of the results?

It's all a question of "relevance". The order of
videos are determined by which components
most closely match the words you inputted in
the YouTube searchbox.

If what you are talking about is trying to find a
video of yours, there are several things people
should know about describing to their videos:
"tags" are only the 3rd most important element
in a search. The 1st is the title, and 2nd is the
description.

But ahead of all those characteristics is your
YouTube username. As such, "tags" are really
in 4th place, and the least important element
in any search.

If you want your video to appear near the top
of a search, type in your username first, and
then the title of your video. If you do not want
your username to be part of a search, make
the title of your video as long as you can with
as many "buzz" words as you can dream of.
And make sure you have a long description.

As for generic searches, it's no surprise that
YouTube employs the Google search engine,
which has its own peculiar set of rules:

1 -- Try not to use hyphens, because they're
considered like minus signs, and compound
words risk being eliminated from your search.

2 -- Do not use lots of 1- or 2-letter words like
"at", "go", "in", "me", "no", "of", "to", or "we"
because they too will be eliminated from any
search.

3 -- Use quotation marks to denote phrases or
words that must be together, or else YouTube
treats them like separate words. For example,
there is a ton of difference between just typing
Boeing 747 and "Boeing 747".

A great example of all this is when I answered
another person's Y!A question last week, who
asked "Why can't I find my video whose title is
One in a Million-Hannah Montana?

Well, 1 -- the name "Hannah" is automatically
eliminated; 2 -- so are the words "in" and "a";
3 -- no quote marks means that the remaining
words are each treated separately. YouTube's
search engine does not know that this is the
name of a song.

In this instance, the person may as well have
written Million Montana One in the searchbox.
Guess whose video didn't show up in the first
10 pages of results?
