I missed my IGNOU assignment dates and the exams for the last session. Can I appear for the next session without reapplying?

Your question needs a bit more specifications. But, I will answer as per my perception of the question.Suppose you took admission in july 2015 session then your assignment date deadline as they have written it on the handbook is 31st march so that you can appear in june TEE,but,it isn’t so practically ,your ultimate assignment submission date would be 30th september because the assignment questions of the students who have got in ignou in july,2016 and january,2016 are all the same .You can deduce this when you see the assignments questions. So,the assignment question remains same for july and successive january session and so you will have to adjudge your session and write accordingly. But if you missed both the dates then you will have to prepare fresh assignments as the questions will change .Also you will have to pay the exam fees again to appear in the exam.

I received a flipora invitation from a friend, is it a scam?

Although technically this isn’t exactly a virus or scam or information phishing scheme, it sure seems like one. Flip, Flipora and Infoaxe are all the same company. The service they apparently offer is to track your web browsing habits and suggest ads and search results and other websites based on what sites you visit. It is like voluntarily signing up to have spyware or malware on your computer. The worst thing about this “service” is that when you sign up you inadvertently give them access to your email address book and they use that information to send all of your friends, family and co-workers junk mail inviting them to also use Flip, Flipora and Infoaxe...:-(

I've also found several forums where users complained about Flipora, and where the Flipora support was quick to post an unsubscribe solution which proved to be utterly useless. Additionally they praised their product...:-( https://support.mozilla.org/de/questions/930508

Now about fighting back...
