First, go to your iTunes store. iTunes Store > Account name > Purchase History Does it record two purchases for each song? If so, you can click on Report a Problem and tell them that it's double charging. If not, the iTunes Store isn't acknowledging that you have a gift card, so you should report a problem anyway.
