out of the box you won’t get it, but when i gone through some forums about rooting/mod the device and side load it, which is trash. because, dolby atoms is the feature which has to come with hardware not with software part.so boot-loader unlocking or rooting and doing wont help anything.P.S: Dolby atmos for mobiles is just a feature to attract the customers, for better sound system from mobiles use headphones (not earphones) like audio techica or sony or bose.

Almost all chargers today output the required voltage and current in any input range between 100 and 240v automatically. So no issues there. With a slower charge rate, the battery will take longer to charge.

TWRP custom recovery will enable you to flash (install) a custom Android OS with a higher version than your current stock Android 4.2. However, I would like to add, contrary to common misconception, you do not need to be rooted in order to install a custom recovery such as TWRP. Such a step is completely unnecessary.
