When U Come Home How Tired Are You

Why am I so tired at school but not home?

I'm tired and sometimes about to fall asleep in the morning. I know it's normal, but sometimes I get enough sleep. Is it because I get bored sometimes or we have to read in the morning? Then I tell myself that I'm going to take a nap when I get home, but when I get home. I'm completely fine, and not the same in school. Oh.. and I usually never take naps anyway >.>

I'm always tired when I get home from school?

This happened to me too. Still happens to me... And coffee and energy drinks are no solution for me! Best you try to actively participate and think in class everyday. (which might be impossible in some classes lol) And when u get home take a COLD shower to wake you up. It also lets you feel fresh!
Or even better: A cold shower every morning to wake you up more and a hot one every evening to make you feel sleepy.
Lol i think im going to do this too! with your question you answered yours and mine indirectly :P

Why am i so tired when i get home from school?

How can I be less tired when I get home from school?

Using your brain for academics and for the social pressures of school takes a lot of energy. The best ways to increase a person’s energy stores are to exercise regularly, get regular and plenty sleep (for adolescents generally 8–9 hours, could be higher during a growth spurt), avoid processed foods and eat plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits, and drink plenty of fresh water.Consuming caffeine, getting little or no exercise, staying up late looking at a screen without a blue light filter (like f.lux), and not eating enough, or eating too much junk food, will all contribute to feeling tired more easily. The kind of exercise that helps is cardiovascular, stuff that gets your heart pumping, and keeps it at a good rate for at least 15 minutes, plus warm up and cool down, most days of the week.I could always tell when my sons were going through a growth spurt, because they would get home from school and take a nap, several days in a row—regardless how old they were, but happened more as teens.Dehydration is one of those hidden things, that make people tired, and they don’t even realize it. It can take a few days to rehydrate a body when a person hasn’t been drinking enough water for a long time. Drinking sugary, diet, or caffeinated drinks tend to cause their own problems, though they are usually better than nothing. Water is best, juice is second best, and milk counts.School uses a lot of energy. If you’ve just started the new semester, and you were not particularly mentally or physically active for summer break, it will take time to get back into shape!

Why am I always so tired when I get home from school?

The reason you are so tired when you get home, is because you are not getting the full quota of sleep that a growing teen needs. For an adult that is 8 hours a night. Why on earth do you have to get up so early for school. 6 hours sleep and I doubt its a full 6 hours either, for it takes time to get to sleep in the first place, is unhealthy, Over time this can literally make you physically ill, I am surprised that your parents have not had you change schools, they are endangering your health.

Look up in one of the search engines about what lack of sleep can do and then show it to your parents.

How do I treat my husband when he comes home tired from work?

Ask him how his day was. Give him a hug and a kiss. Give him some time to take a break. After that, what happens? Do you have kids? Are they older, and they can help with dinner? Are they young and you need help with them? Do you have to go to meetings at two different schools that night, so your husband has to go to one and you have to go to the other? You are a team. Tell him what needs to be done, ask what he can help with. Give him freedom to choose what he’s going to help with, and give him as much opportunity to rest as possible. To be honest, sometimes a tired husband can’t help you with anything, he just needs rest. Maybe he has just worked 16 hours, and he is just going to eat and sleep. If things need to be done and you need help, but your husband can’t help you, decide what needs to be done, and what doesn’t need to be done. Maybe some things can be done tomorrow. Maybe you can order dinner in. Maybe you can ask another parent to get the information from the meeting for you.

It’s amazing what happens when you actually make exercise part of your life. You’ll feel more energetic during the day, and even when you get home. You’ll find you even sleep better too.The trick is to find something you like. Join a team, stream YouTube yoga to your home gym or meet up with a friend and workout together to take the pressure off commitment.I find exercising pretty much immediately after waking is critical. If I am tired when I get home from school, is it better to take a quick nap and then work, or should I immediately begin working?

I don’t know if you have ever heard about ‘power naps’. Yes, it is possible to take a short nap and have boosted energy after that. What is power nap?As doctor J. B. Mass had written in his book called ‘Power Sleep’ power nap is a very short nap, lasting no longer than 20 minutes. It consists only of the sleep located in the second phase of sleep (there are 5 phases). The second phase is often called as the lightest. That’a because you fall either not into very deep sleep nor slow-wave sleep (SWS).What are the benefits of the power nap?Feeling less sleeplessHigher vigilanceHigher concentrationHigher efficiencyBetter moodHow is does it work?Power naps are great additions to normal sleep (they can not act as substitutes to normal, 8-hour sleep!). The reason why they are so short is that they won’t let you fall into phase of deep sleep, so you minimalize the risk you won’t be able to finish the phase. How to power nap?During the first week or two you can use a blindfold.Find a good, comfortable position and a quiet place. Don’t forget a warm blanket and - if you need - ear plugs. These are for the better hygiene of your nap.The best temperature is 18°C.You may try white noises to cover the traffic noise.Make a habit of napping everyday - try to do it at the same time, if possible.Set your alarm to 25 minutes later. If you don’t fall asleep - that’s fine. First times may be tough. Just relax. After you make a habit out of it, you will be able to fall asleep immadietly.Try caffeine right before your nap. It oughts to start working as you wake up.Get up as soon as your alarm goes off. Don’t linger. Instead, wash your face or try do some physical activity.Coming back to your question - as I wrote, there are many benefits of taking a power nap right before you start working/studying, so I would advise you to do so for better results.

Is it bad for your eyes to wash your face when your tired?

Never heard of such a thing. The answer is most certainly, no. Cool water for tired eyes, would be very refreshing to the eyes. Ur eyes will thank you.

How many people are tired after they come home from school?

I’m intensely tired after coming home from school (community college). Everyone has a different reason, for me it’s because I just left a the battle known as social interaction. I’m an introvert with bad social anxiety, and I spend my day under constant stress because I am never alone, and I was feeling like people are starring at me. I don’t even have to talk to anyone to stress myself out. If I’m around people outside of my family and close circle of friends, I’m stressed out. Yes, it’s silly that just having people around me stresses me out, but social anxiety isn’t always logical. So when I get home, I pretty much pass out because for the last 7–8 hours I have been under constant stress with no way to calm down.
